We had actually contacted someone else as well and his price was far off from the price that she had told us. She knows her business very well. She knows there neighborhood, the community and she know our needs. She is just was not making money but she was giving us honest appraisal what are needs are and what are the current status of real estate. She was helping us with our stuff because she was getting commission out of it. She knows the market, she knows the business and she knows everything very well. When we thought we will remodel our house so that we could a better price but she told us that we wouldn’t get that much because of our neighborhood was overbuilt. She really knows the market and she suggested what was best.
