The technician Yanni Sarwon did come out and was very professional in his greeting. He asked me what kinds of pest problems
I was having and then he told me what he was going to be doing to treat my home. He would tell me periodically what his next steps were in the process as he was doing the work. I will give him an overall A+ for his friendly demeanor, and professional positive attitude. The only thing I would have liked for him to do was tell me that he was finished with the service before he got in his truck and left. My suggestion is to have him say "I'm finished", "thank you" and "goodbye" before leaving a customer's home. Other than that, he did a very good job and so far I have seen lots of dead bugs outside and a few inside.
The young man, Michael Costello, came out. I met him at the door and he took off his boots. I said he didn't have to, but he
said it "was the rules". He explained what he was going to do, and where and what the chemicals would get rid of. There was
no odor at all.
He was Polite, Clean, Well Mannered, a great sense of humor and adorable! I was wishing I had a daughter his age ~ so in another 5-6 years I could have him as a Son-In-Law.
Everyone I have talked to at the Company has been incredibly nice, helpful, and all the things above that Michael had.
I've signed up for the quarterly spraying, and hope all goes well.

They do a follow-up phone call about two weeks after treatment to see how the service is working.
I had them at my house a week later and they were more than on time!! I was the one 10 mins late!!! John the territory manager is absolutely the nicest most professional person ever!!!! (he is the on that treated my Sister's house).
I just love a company that treats each person as a valued customer!!!! I will be sharing my experience with this company to all my friends and neighbors!!!!
There are just not enough words to convey how awesome each person we dealt with made us feel - just know that they are an amazing company and we appreciated their professionalism.
I used a coupon for my initial treatment. They were timely in calling me to book my appointment and we booked a time in the morning for the first visit. But the next day the scheduler stated she had a conflict and needed to move me back an hour. I indicated that I had a conflict as well and that as long as they could be completed by 9:45am, then that was acceptable. She indicated that was not a problem and that the service would take 45 minutes for the interior and that they could finish the exterior afterward and I wouldn't have to be present. The day of the appointment I waited and waited..no phone call to inform me they were running late. I finally called them to reiterate that I had another appointment and couldn't wait on them after 9:45am. She assured me that the service tech was on his way and there would be no problem. In the end, he arrived late and I had to move my other appointment. He only stayed in my house for 15-20 minutes, much less than the 45 minutes initially quoted. I was left feeling that he didn't complete all the work they indicated they would do for the initial visit (treat all perimeter outlets). In fact, it appears they didn't because the ants were just as bad a full week later. They came back out and sprayed for ants but did not do any additional wall socket or other treatments. The ants are now gone but it took two appointments to get there.
The one issue I really wanted to warn others about was that I booked them through a coupon or deal. However, when you sign the paperwork acknowledging they completed the service, it is actually a CONTRACT. Now their costs are so reasonable, I was ok with signing the contract for bimonthly service. However I take a huge exception to the fact that it was presented to me as a contract but just "sign here". That is deceptive and I would hate for anyone to get sucked into a contract they don't want.
