Very professional, good follow up.  Pleasant to deal with.

I HAD A DISAPPOINTING  EXPERIENCE WITH THE PROVIDER THE FIRST TIME AROUND.  I ASKED THE COMPANY TO LET ME KNOW THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WOULD BE COMING TO DO THE JOB.  I NEVER GOT THAT INFO UNTIL THE EXTERMINATOR CALLED.  THE FIRST EXTERMINATOR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOME BETWEEN 8AM AND 10AM.  HE CALLED ME AT 9:56AM TO TELL ME HE WAS RUNNING ABOUT 30 TO 40 MINUTES BEHIND.  THAT USUALLY MEANS ABOUT AN HOUR.  I ASKED TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE I HAD THINGS TO DO AND I HAD ALREADY GIVEN UP MY MORNING.  I HAD GOTTEN UP EARLIER IN ANTICIPATION OF HIS ARRIVAL. I CALLED THE COMPANY TO RESCHEDULE AND ASKED AGAIN TO GIVE ME THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WOULD BE COMING TO MY HOME.  THEY SAID IT WOULD BE MIKE.  MIKE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY POLITE, THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL.  I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB HE DID.

I purchased a "BIG DEAL" on Angies List.  The "promise" was a  rapid contact within a couple of days.  AND it  was if you count an auto reply via email message in the Angie's messages. They stated via this message how they were  " Looking forward to doing the work in my home"  I wrote back and provided the times I needed them to come by anytime during the week Mon thru Fri after 930 and before 2:00 kiddos to pick up and drop off from school.  The wrote back and asked for a phone number and  I haven't heard from them since. This was 10/18/2013. They have my money.  I would like my money back. I just called them to have them provide a response. I got live person and the minute I bought a BIG DEAL thru Angies list I was promptly told I needed --------I couldnt tell what he said it was so fast. I didnt even finish saying thru Angies list. The phone rang and rang and I got an answering machine.

Representative could not have been more courteous, punctual, etc. However, the sprayed solution to exterminate the ever-present bugs in South Texas homes did not work as expected. Although there are fewer insects than before the treatment, I still see a bug or two almost every day, which is a very different experience than with previous "barrier" treatments that prevented bugs from entering the house or, if the hardy ones did make it in, they quickly expired. I'm sure Bulwark would return to honor their "guarantee" but I feel they use a less potent solution for these discounts and promotions, and I likely would not fare any better a second time around. Unfortunately, despite the exceptional customer service and timeliness of their response, I cannot give this provider an A rating.

I scheduled the extermination service for Monday, October 21, 2013 between 4:15 and 6 pm. At 6:37pm I called the office and asked when the tech was coming. The staffer said that the tech was running late and would call the tech find out when he would be at my house. The staffer asked if the number I was calling on was a good number to call back. I said yes it was. I called on my cell phone. At 7:15 I called the office again. Talked to the same person. He needed to put me on hold and would then find out what was going on. After about 2 minutes on hold the call was dropped. At 7:35pm the tech called and apologized that he was running late. The previous job took longer than he had thought. The tech said that he would still be able to treat the yard in the dark. I told him to go home. I was getting ready to put my kids to bed. I understand that service calls can take longer than planned. I am ok with that. They should have called me and told me that the tech was running behind and given me the option to wait or to reschedule. They didn't call. Bulwark made several mistakes: 1) They did not call me to let me know the tech was running late. 2) The front office person that I spoke with never called me back, even though he said he would 3) Call put on hold that got dropped. They never called me back. I have spoken to a customer service manager at Bulwark Exterminating in Houston. I told him everything that I have written here. I suggested a few processes that they should do differently. He offered to reschedule the appointment. He was apologetic. I told him they have burned this customer. I will not do business with a vendor that cannot figure out how to do basic customer service. Thus, I am now requesting a refund for services not rendered.

We made an appointment for them to come out between 5 and 8. I came home before 2 and there was already a note saying that I had missed them. I called them and they confirmed that they came early for the appointment. They were not very helpful in rescheduling. The manager called me and apologized, but I did not end up having them come back out. They did try to make it up to me,  but I was not happy with the situation and how the scheduling was handled.

We haven't seen a single bug inside since. Great service!

Excellent, they fixed our rather bad cockroach problem. I don't find any more bugs when I wake up and I haven't seen a live bugs in the house in ages.

Really nice guy.  Was very good at what he did and full of info for all questions.  We have not had any bug issues since then!!!

We had a rough start, a bit of a misunderstanding. Once we were able to talk to one another, the provider handled the issues in the most professional manner possible. Issues can arise in any relationship but how the issues are resolved, separate the best from the rest. I will and do recommend Bulwark Exterminating, excellent service.

So far it went well. Bass a couple huge dead roaches in the garage. I like the free call back if we see insects before the next service. Michael was very professional. He explained the process.

The ant invasion was totally taken care of.

I plan to use this service provider in the future. I was impressed with the whole experience. They were very personable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Service provider arrived a few minutes early and removed shoes.  He was thorough in his explanation and very polite.  Each entryway was treated, as well as special care given to the kitchen where we had significant ant problems.  A chemical was inserted into the walls of the attic, and the service provider walked the yard looking for fire ant mounds and treated them as well.  I am very happy with the overall experience- prior to this we were unable to go outside for fear of bites.  Although we still have a minor bug problem(ants have popped up in a different spot), it is about 95 % better than it had been previously.

Wel explained when setting up the visit. Also went over everything when he came to perform the job. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Respected our proprty inside and out. As well as the above, fire ant mounds were spot treated. We signed up for continuing service. Good all round.

The representative James F arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection of my home and completed the extermination process. He made many helpful suggestions which we appreciated. James had a trainee with him that day and apologized that the visit took a little longer than usual. That was no problem as I appreciated the way he stressed paying attention to the details to his trainee. 2 weeks after the initial visit we noticed some small ants in our bathroom. James returned last night and took care of the problem. As a result of his professionalism we will be quaterly customers for Bilwark.

Great - my wife was at the house and she commented that he was very professional and courteous. 
She had our dog on a leash but he wasn't flustered at all by her. Very comfortable and confident. 
He sprayed inside and out. They also worked with us as Angie's list customers to have repeat business bi-monthly with no contract and also worked to offer it on a seasonal basis since we do not need anything in the winter months just the spring and summer. 
Would definitely recommend. 
One thing that I thought was very professional and also a great safety measure is that the technician that was coming out included his picture as well - this is great so that you can identify the person when they are at your door.

It went fine and they were really nice. However, shortly after, there were ants back. They will back and take care of the problem with the guarantee.

I purchased the big deal from Angie. I was promptly contacted to set up an appointment. The day of the appointment the exterminator showed up in the first hour of the window. We were impressed with their level of service. They take the covers off the outlet and sprayed in the walls. Once he saw our level of infestation he told me they would probably need to come back and spray again. About a week later we started seeing roaches again. We called and they came back out at no charge. It's been almost a week and no bugs have been seen. We signed up for bi-monthly service, so we'll be using them again!

Did a great job, everything that crawls around here is dead. Set them up on a 3 month schedule

Bulwark was great. Technician was punctual and service was very thorough. The roaches weren't gone on the first visit, but the infestation was pretty bad. The technician warned us there eggs in the walls that would be hatching. A week later the roaches were back, and Bulwark promptly came out to spray again free of charge. I did sign up for service every other month.
