hist I would recommend Branchbusters to anyone who needs work done regarding their trees.  Kirby White is a wonderful, caring, person.  He cares about you as a person as much as he does taking care of trimming yours trees.  I'm glad I joined Angie's List and when I searched for tree trimmers, Branchbusters was the first company I looked at.  I read a lot of the reviews for his company, "BRANCHBUSTERS" and that sold me immediately.  I have nothing but praise for Kirby and his company, "Branchbusters."  Kirby also answers his phone immediately.  I didn't have to leave a message or be put on hold.  My only regret is that I didn't bother to look in the past years and discover Kirby and Branchbusters.  I always stayed with the same company in the past but this time since I just joined Angie's List, and I decided to utilize them.  So anyone that needs their tree trimming and anything else involving your trees don't hesitate to give them a call.  You won't be disappointed.  Kirby and his company are prompt, reasonable, and do a great job in trimming and also cleaning up.  It is great having a person that does work for you who is pleasant to deal with and truly cares about your well being and not just your trees.  I am so glad I found Branchbusters and I will recommend them to my friends and anybody else I know or meet that are in need of his services.  I couldn't be happier especially utilizing his company for the first time and I am definitely pleased.  Thank You Kirby and your company Branchbusters for a great job, great price, and promptness.  I also like the name of the company.  Great choice for a name.

First of all, let me say that dealing with the people at Branchbusters was very enjoyable.  Sharon and Kirby are great!  They usually answer their phones and when they don't, if you leave a message, they will promptly call you back.  They show up on time.  They care about their work, and last but not least, they treat you with respect!
As far as my experience, I won't go into extreme details, but I will say that they did a great job of installing my root barrier.  However, during the process of installing the root barrier, Branchbusters made a mistake, a mistake that was very inconvenient.  Nonetheless, in the end, Branchbusters took full responsibility and did what they had to do to fix the problem.
If you ask me, that's what really matters when dealing with any company.  It's such a joy knowing there are still companies out there who put customer satisfaction above all else.
Thanks you Sharon and Kirby.  You have a customer for life!

The service was timely and professional.

the project of trimming the trees at my house went ok, the job was done one week late but it was done well. My biggest problem came when I recommend them to my mother in law. The company went to her place to give her a quote, and she accepted their price. When the owner came to do the work he said the price needed to be triple what was earlier quoted and refused to do the work! I can not recommend them to anyone.

The results exceeded our expectations. We originally got a quote from another AL provider and were shocked when they told us it would cost $2,400 to trim two trees and cut back a shrub (what?!).

When Kirby's quote came in so much lower (but still higher than we estimated - this is not an inexpensive endeavour, apparently!), we expected that perhaps the results wouldn't be as thorough as if would have hired the first company. We were wrong - the trees are gorgeous. Branchbusters did an exceptional job at trimming the dead wood, raising the canopy to the perfect height and cleaning up thoroughly. After they left, we noticed a nest in each tree that they had been careful to not disturb.

They did a pretty good job. They were punctual when they came to give me an estimate and the actual work. They cleaned up quite efficiently after the job was done. I felt their estimate was on the high side though!

They were very prompt, they were very pleasant, and very funny. They gave my quotes and he was a very nice chap. I still need the work done and I did get a comparison quote and I would consider using him.

We called Branchbusters to make an appointment to get a free estimate on our job. Sharon was able to come out just when we wanted, and though she was going to be a little late due to traffic, she called to let us know, which we really appreciated. Sharon was very friendly and appeared to be very professional and knowledgeable. She asked what we wanted specifically and offered suggestions as appropriate. There was never any high pressure tactics. She seemed genuinely concerned that our wishes would be met and she assured us that we would be pleased. She gave us what we felt was a very good quote, so a few days later we called to make an appointment for service for the following week. Sharon said that she would get back to us with specific details. She did not. Granted we were a small job and probably not high on their list of priorities. We finally called Sharon late in the week and nailed down an appointment for 2 PM the following Tuesday. As it turned out, they were running late that day as they were performing a much bigger job elsewhere that morning. What bothered us is that they never called to keep us informed that they would be late and to give us an update as to when they would actually arrive. After a couple of phone calls back and forth (initiated by us), we were assured that they would come and complete the job that afternoon. They did come approximately 45 minutes late as I recall, and as stated above, they did a fantastic job. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Our only real problem was with communication with the company. We certainly would utilize their services again and would recommend them to our friends.

they promptly returned my calls, provided an estimate timely, secured all necessary permits, made the whole process very easy. They did a great job.

They are very friendly with a lot of great ideas. They don't push doing something one way or another, but he will suggest what he thinks is best. He really seems to know what he's talking about. He cleans up well after his jobs.

The yard has a lot of trees, bushes, and shrubs that need to be trimmed yearly. I have used Branch Busters for many years. Recently, they were out and trimmed my six or eight big oak trees in the yard. They also trimmed my other smaller trees, shrubs, bushes, and took down a small tree. I was very pleased with the work, and Kirby has a new mulcher. He uses to mulch up the trimmings.
