The work has not started yet; we'd like to give a final rating once it is finished, but thins are going fine so far.

The price was much higher than I anticipated and I never heard from the other company.

My house looks exceptionally clean after having mold and moss removed. Boyd Services did a very professional, quality job.

I'm rating communication and budget poor because I was accurate with the number of windows and screens but failed to mention the windows were multi-pained. When I was called to set up an appointment. Mr Boyd should have been more thorough asking questions about the windows and when was the last window cleaning. We were given a revised price after Mr Boyd and saw our windows were multi-pained. He said it would cost more because it was going to take more time and labor. He gave us the opportunity to get other estimates but since he was at the house and ready to clean windows we asked him to do the job. The quality of his work is good and I'm very happy to have clean windows.

Highly professional job. They worked quickly and cleaned up after them. I recommed Boyd Services whole heartedly.

I can only assume that the quality of Mr. Boyd's work is good based upon my neigbor's assessment. I live out of state and did not see the end result of the carpet in my rental property. I did ask Mr. Boyd to e-mail me before/after pictures but have not received them 2 weeks after the completion and payment of the job. I also have still not been mailed a receipt although Mr. Boyd verbally agreed to send me one. Additionally, we agreed to a flat fee and I noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged about $2 more than the agreed price. While it's not an important difference, it was also not the amount I authorized him to charge me. For those reasons I rated him Poor in the communication area and only fair in the courteous area. But he was very timely in getting out to the property to have it cleaned - and my neighbor really thinks he did a good job cleaning the carpet.

Came on time, did the job right at a reasonable price, and I would use them again.

Todd Boyd was very helpful. I was moving into a new house and the water utilities were not on. Todd rescheduled his work for the day and was still able to clean the carpets later that some day after the service had been turned on. I give Todd an A+ for effort.

A very good job. More expensive than I would have liked, but a fair price for the work provided.

making a customer wait 4 hours is not acceptable. He did call however, and the job was well done.
