On time, very quick to find the problem and repair the valve.

They were very professional and to care of the problem quickly and efficient. They even program the system for me and gave me pointers on what to do in the winter to prevent and malfunction of the system.

The guys worked very hard all day, spent a little more than I planned but the work was done right and they went the extra mile and fixed the backyard anyway when I told them not to worry about it. Really went the extra mile!

Sometimes hard to get in touch with project leader & the installation crew didn’t speak English & left the work areas a little messy, but the value for the money spent is great.

Put them on my list to fix sprinkler next time when needed.

Professional

Repair crew hardly spoke English and were very difficult to understand. Ended up having to call the office to get someone who could translate what they were saying. Bad control valve was replaced but another control valve was also found to be bad, although it was working the day before when I found the 1st bad zone. The final bill did not itemize parts and labor. It was just a lump sum. Had to request the old parts that were replaced. Would not use them again.

On time, gave an estimate and when another issue was found, checked before doing work. Checked entire system and adjusted all heads.

The workers worked from 7:00am to 8:30pm in extremely hot weather, putting in a sprinkler system in front and back yard. They cleaned up all areas before leaving. It only has been two days, so far it is working great. The only issue was that communicating was difficult due to the language barrier. But they are all trustworthy.
