Description of Work: Had them disassemble a used pool table at the seller's home, transport it, and reassemble it at my home. Contacted them on a Monday & they were able to provide next day service. I was told that the owner Ed would be calling later in the day on Monday to finalize the details. There was some confusion around 8:30 p.m. when the seller & I realized that neither one of us had been contacted. Ed finally called to confirm at approximately 10 p.m. (he did apologize for the late hour.) The only cost difference was when the movers found that the table was on the seller's 3rd floor. They immediately called to inform me & seek my authorization for the additional $25 stair charge. Overall, I scored them an "A" because of their quick turn around, knowledge, and the efficiency of the men who actually performed the move.

 + -1 moreEverything went perfect! They called and installed at the times we were told. The price is exactly what I was quoted. We were very pleased with their professionalism and the work is awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their pool table.
Description of Work: I contacted the Billiard Experts on 5/23 to get pricing on adding new bumpers (rails) to our existing pool table and also to install new felt. I was quoted a price over the phone which was very accurate. I explained that I wanted to talk to my husband first and would call them back to schedule. Gary told me they could handle the job pretty quick. I gave all information to my husband and he called them back. The schedule was set for Noon on 5/24. They would call us when they were headed our way.
