Called at 9:00 a.m. Tech arrived by noon. Honest company. Did not try to sell unneeded units. Cleaned units, checked blower upstairs and drainage. Replaced the part needed and they made sure it was cooling before leaving.

Bob and Dave were absolutely awesome. They did not leave until the unit was fixed. Because the problem ended up being the circuit board, they ended up going to spring, texas to get the part. Since this was the Labor Day weekend and they knew the parts store would be closed on Monday, when they got the part they came all the way back from spring to the medical center area to complete the work on the same day. Bob the owner came out at the beginning and was very professional. He then had technician come out and assess the HVAC unit, and gave me a quote. At that point, I decided to hire Big Tex and have them fix it for me. The technician was very kind and easy to talk to. It was much talking to a friend that I have had for years. I would recommend Big Tex to anyone else looking for HVAC repair.
