"Thank you for the review. I only wish you could have given us a call back if the issue had persisted...Or has it re-surfaced? Our technician noted that your equipment was fairly new, and that you had mentioned to him, that another company had been out to add freon. When we checked the pressures, no refrigerant was needed. But you may have a leak, if now 3 weeks after the other company added refrigerant, is not working again. Our technician did take a picture of the insulation that he had to remove from restricting airflow to your evaporator coil. Unfortunately, Angie will not allow photos in review responses. I would be happy to e-mail it to you. And in good faith, send a tech out (at no charge) to re-evaluate the system. We have been serving the Bellaire/West U/Meyerland area for 42 years, and take great pride in our work and our following. Although this is not a perfect world, where everything goes right, We do all we can to make things right, when given the opportunity. We will try to reach you by phone to see what we can do to get cool air blowing for you as it should be."

"We deeply apologize for the miscommunication. The person that took your call on the phone, was not, in fact the owner of the company. I am .very disappointed the he would have represented himself as such. As a business owner, I am sure you know, that good help is hard to find. This person obviously has no knowledge of our services and pricing, was not qualified to communicate with customers, and did not take his job seriously, to misrepresent himself. However,, this is an isolated incident and one bad apple dont spoil the whole bunch. It'[Member Information Removed] true that our company only offers 2 hour windows for scheduling service, as it would be impossible for us to give an exact appointment time. We had Mr. [Member Name Removed] appointment scheduled for a 2 hour window of 10:00am - 12:00pm. Our technicians always call the customer 20 minutes before arrival. When our technician contacted Mr. [Member Name Removed] around 11:00am to let him know he was on the way to his house Mr. [Member Name Removed] cancelled the appointment.
