WHEN WE WENT TO BUY THE TABLE AND CHAIRS, THEY WERE ALREADY PACKED FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER, BUT THEY DID NOT WANT THEM, SO WE WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS. BECAUSE THEY WERE PACKAGED ALREADY, WE COULD NOT SIT ON THEM TO TEST THEM OUT. WE HAVE SIMILAR CHAIRS AT HOME, SO WE TRIED THEM OUT AND FOUND THAT OUR FEET WOULD NOT TOUCH THE FLOOR WHEN SITTING IN THEM. THE MERCHANDISE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND IS STILL IN THEIR STORE, SO I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT REFUNDING THE ITEMS AND THE MANAGER WAS NOT VERY POLITE WITH ME BY PHONE. HE WOULD NOT AGREE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM OR REFUND THE ITEMS.
