+ -1 moreHad chosen 4 barstools to purchase but had questions so the owner was to call the sales rep for the company and get answers. After several days had not heard back so I've now called 4 x in the last week and the owner is never there. Person who answers the phone never offers to take a message just tells me to call back. This is even after I explained to her that I was interested in buying 4 chairs. Will continue to look elsewhere as I've already put in too much effort trying to be their customer.
Description of Work: Went there 2x to look at barstools.
