They're terrible. I tried not to use them. I don't get a choice on who gets your mortgage. They find a new reason every year to try to take my house. Their fees are unreasonable. Their idea of what constitute a fee is unreasonable. Their policies regarding home owner's insurance are confusing even to them and nearly impossible to satisfy. Every year when you renew your home owner's insurance, they send out a proposed bill if you want to renew which is fairly typical for insurance services but for home owner's insurance, they list the price to keeping insurance coverage of what you have and they also list the price to upgrade the cost to current building cost and they then decide that from the gap that they receive a notice until they receive a paperwork that says it's all said and done which is about a 2-month gap that I don't have insurance and this year, they even placed lender health insurance on my property which I had to fight to get them to remove because I will not pay for it because I already have insurance. Of course, they tax it onto your mortgage amount. If you're not paying, then they try to consider it that you're not paying your mortgage so they're a very terrible and horrible company.
