After calling our home warranty service, he called to set up an appointment. He got the a/c working again. Two weeks later the a/c went out again. We called him to let him know, he took two days to return a call. He said he would be out the next day. Do not use this company. This man came out and said that he thought the heater was not wired correctly. Interesting since it has worked just fine for 10 years and has never had a problem. The heater was coming on intermittently but after he rewired the heater it never came on again. My adult son was there. The owner Bennie, said he would be back the next day with a new blower motor. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This company was used via our Home Warranty Company. Had no heat with upstairs unit. Put in 2 different switches, never getting it to work. Put in a circuit board, again never getting it to work. Made numerous appointments w/ us and never showed up or called. ALL this taking a month. Home Warranty Company sent another company out and it was fixed within 30 mins! And that new switch, was just dangling around..never even secured it! Would send text messages periodically thruout that months time that "I'm in the area, can I come by to try something else on the system?" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
