Highly, highly recommend. Everything went well. Scott's schedule was very accommodating and he beat everyone on the price. At the end of the day, plumbing is plumbing. Why not have someone who is professional, timely, reliable and doesn't price gouge you. Because we required some A/C maintenance, we had another plumber/AC company come out to give us a quote and they wanted literally 4 times more for the same work. We had used Aurora before and after that there was no question that we ask for his help again.

Work was done with great satisfaction, on time and exactly what was quoted.

We are very impressed with this company. We called many plumbers and Donna was the most professional to answer the phone. Mark came out to repair our leak very quickly and we were in business in no time. Their price was the lowest quote we got. We were really in a bit of a desperate situation having not had water for two days. So glad we found Aurora. We will be using them in the future if need be.

The job was well done, in a timely fashion, at a reasonable cost.  Work on the hot water heater did not proceed smoothly, but it was NOT the plumber's fault, and he tried hard to successfully complete the job (including talking on the phone with technical support.)  The heater is going to have to be replaced soon, and we will have Aurora do the job.
