THERE IS A SPECIFIC REASON WHY THEY OFFER ALL THESE NO APR FOR 36 MONTHS. BECAUSE THEY HAVE REVIEWS LIKE THIS. THEY WILL BE LIKE VULTURES AND GET YOUR MONEY. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR YOU. AS A CUSTOMER YOU WILL ALWAYS BE WRONG. SUSAN IS NOT HELPFUL. TIM THE SALES MANAGER IS NOT HELPFUL. AS A MATTER OF FACT NO ONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HELPFUL. I ORDERED A TABLE SINCE OCTOBER. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED TABLE THE FIRST TIME. AND THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DELIVER THE TABLE. NOW I HAVE RECEIVED THREE DIFFERENT DELIVERIES AND THEY WERE ALL DAMAGED. THEY STATE THAT THEY INSPECTED IT AND IT IS STILL DAMAGED. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WISH I NEVER DEALT WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY TABLE AND IT IS ALMOST 2014. THAT IS OVER THREE MONTHS NOW. READ THE REVIEWS AND MAKE YOUR DECISION FROM THERE. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. THEY TAKE A CLASS ON HOW TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP IT. TRUST ME AND IF YOU DONT THEN TRUST WHAT EVERYONE ELSE SAYS. THERE ARE MORE DOWNS THEN UPS. THEY ARE CROOKS ALL OF THEM..YOU WILL END UP SPENDING 5000 DOLLARS AND NEVER GET IT BACK. TRUST ME.

My mother and I went in to this Ashley Furniture Store on Bay Area Blvd in Webster TX to look at furniture. We had previously purchased furniture from them - approximately five years ago - and had a bad experience with the delivery information we were given. We decided to give them another chance since it has been over five years and went in to look at furniture. We found what we were looking for and were very, very explicit in explaining what had happened with the delivery the last time. Our salesman left to check stock and when the best delivery could be made. He came back with a date and said all was going to be good this time. Of course two days before the delivery we got a call stating that there was an issue and the delivery would be moved up a day. Okay whatever. The day of the delivery another call was received stating that one of the pieces was not going to be available until the following week. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone and will never be using them again. Had my mother not paid for this furniture up front we would be taking our business somewhere else. These people will lie and tell their customers anything to get the sale. I did call the store to speak to the manager five minutes after the store opened and was told that he had stepped out for a little while and would be back. Not sure if this is the truth or not - what manager steps out of their store right as it opens? Regardless, I told them I would be expecting a call back from him. Has been over thirty minutes now and no call. NEVER AGAIN!!!
