I didn't accept the product .it is not the only bad experience I have with them .a lots of time the technician dose not know any thing about the alarm!

I just received a call back from a manager who threatened me by saying that I had a contract Iuntil next June that I could not be released by.  I told him I had not signed a contract since 10 years ago.  The whole situation was scary.

Chris Turner came by our house several times to talk to us and worked hard with our schedule until we could get the system activated. He was always pleasant and answered all out questions. He even gave us the motion detector for free. He didn't give up when we had schedule issues. The price per month was very reasonable. They set up a time for installation and called in advance when promised. They came and installed everything quickly. When there was an issue activating due to my computer/phone system they didn't give up and stayed until the work was completed. They went out of their way to get it activated. I was trained in the systems use and all paperwork was left with me. Overall a great experience. The only thing they didn't do was clean up the small mess they made when they drilled a hole in the wall. (Took me 2 minutes to clean so no big deal)
