ARREDONDO ADOLFO REMODELING

I demanded my money back. It took another 2 weeks to get my money back. When he came to give my money back, he called and said he would be there in 10 minutes. He was mad we were not there for him. (We have a life and a job too, Adolfo). When he came all he wanted to do was to verbally abusing us for not using him. I did not want to spend my energy fighting about the past. (Basically, he knew it was his fault for not showing up (and not calling) for six weeks.) . He constantly said it was our fault. REALLY ADOLFO grow up. We all know when a person starts fighting and verbally abusing others, they know deep down that is really THEIR way of saying to everyone that it was REALLY THEIR FAULT and they have not learned to just say I AM SORRY, IT WAS MY FAULT. They want others to feel 'belittled', and helpless, by not being able to justify their side. The abuser keeps verbally abusing others and can't listen to the other side of the story and eventually the ABUSED just gives up so the ABUSER will just shut up and go away. Adolfo at his first appears to be a quiet happy gentleman - but if you don't do just want he wants he becomes very rude, aggressive and a verbally abusive person. One must think is this really worth my time, energy and MONEY before hiring him ???? He represents himself on his card that he is fully insured. I asked for the copy of his insurance. He gave me a copy of his EXPIRED CAR INSURANCE - it had EXPIRED for one year. CAR insurance will not protect you as a homeowner. If you hire him - get a copy of his Driver's License and SS#. This way you will have a paper trail for your files. FINALLY --- DON"T PAY HIM UP FRONT -- ONLY WHEN THE JOB IS COMPETED -- PAY 24-48 HOURS AFTER COMPLETED - this way you have time to check out the completed job before he is paid. NEVER PAY HIM CASH - YOU MAY NEVER SEE IT AGAIN nor HIM EITHER. HOMEOWNER BEWARE OF THIS ONE ---- RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN
