This contract was timely in communications and interaction with the customer. Work performed was acceptable (exterior soffit repairs and interior Master bathroom repairs and upgrades). However, due to competing priorities for the contractor (generator installations) - a two week series of small jobs took two months to complete. I would use them again, however, I would set my work / project timing expectations accordingly.

Armando has become our go-to guy for any repair, renovation, restoration, etc that is needed at our apartment property. When we discovered that a burst water pipe was causing our bedroom ceiling to collapse, we called Armando, who had done work for us previously. He and his crew arrived within an hour and replaced the broken pipe. They immediately began water damage remediation and over the next two months repaired the ceiling and walls, replaced carpeting in the bedroom, worked with the insurance company to replace flooring in the den and kitchen area since the damaged laminate flooring was no longer available, and just generally helped us recover from the water damage. Armando is highly knowledgeable and his sons, Armando Jr. and Angel worked diligently and courteously to restore our damaged living spaces. Craftsmen Francisco, Steven, Alex and George did high quality work. We will not hesitate to call on Armando's company again for quality work at fair pricing.

There is just not enough stars to select! This company is the absolute best out there for everything you need done! We had a nightmare of a plumbing project in our bathroom that involved knocking out tiles, re directing plumbing, trouble shooting issues in the wall, converting pipes and fittings, sheet rock, drywall, re tiling..you name it! They found the issue and spent two days fixing the problem, it was soo complex! They didn’t make us wait or take forever to help us. We called them and they came out and spent all day for two days til the job was done! They went above and beyond and came on a moments notice! We were soo impressed with the whole crew, that we are going to have them put in 3 bathroom counter tops with new sinks and faucets and 2 toilets, just to name a few .They are your one stop shop! They can do it all and we are very impressed with their hard work and skill sets! I definitely recommend them for all your needs! You won’t be disappointed! They are very dependable, honest, hard working and the prices are great! We are so grateful to have found them! We wouldn’t trust anyone else to do our work, but them!! 1000% satisfied!! All too often you hear horror stories about remodels gone wrong. This, however, was not the case at all with Armando’s handyman and remodeling service! I had let go of my first contractor, for dishonesty, and then the second one ( that was recommended by my insurance company), for taking almost two months to get my insurance company an accurate quote. When looking for a third time, I took my time and did my research. I looked locally and found Armando’s handyman and remodeling service. Armando immediately got back to me and was out the very next day (on a Sunday) to assess the damage and take measurements. He then had his team at my house that Monday to start the mold mitigation and demo process. He quickly prepared and submitted a detailed report and estimate to my adjuster and was very responsive to any requests for additional information. Armando was beyond helpful and patient with the battle between my insurance company and HOA. I now have beautiful flooring and a brand new kitchen constructed using high-quality materials. If you want a contractor that has vast knowledge of home remodeling , restoration, and repair that is combined with years of experience AND is both trust-worthy and responsive - look no further!

Fantastic! Armando and his crew were extremely competent perfectionists. The fire caused considerably more damage than was originally noticed. Armando and his crew have repaired my home to the point that I think my home may have actually increased in value from before the fire! At least to me, all the repairs they have done have made those elements of my home even more attractive than I thought they were before!

Armando and his crew did an excellent job and were efficient and courteous. We’d use them again.

I called Armando and he said he would be here in an hour and he was (actually took him less than an hour). He checked all the pipes, Cut a hole in the ceiling and patched the pipe. We were able to turn the water off just where the leak was so had other water. Two days later he was back, fixed the pipe, redid the ceiling and it is beautiful. You would never know that there had been a leak. He did a wonderful job and you can be sure I will be calling him for all of my "handyman" jobs. (And I have a few). :) Thank you Armando and company.
