I had two very large over grown oaks and 5 smaller trees. the oaks had become so over grown that they completely obscured the front of the house and hung over the street signs. the team pruned the trees beautifully allowing light through and clearing the lowest branches with out removing my shade or privacy.

Crew arrived later in the day then planned. Did call in the morning to let me know but it would have been more convenient for me to know the night before. (They were finishing up on a previous job.) However, crew was very friendly and professional. Cut down a large Live Oak tree about 25-30 feet tall and a shorter Elm tree and ground up stump. Trimmed 3 other trees. Everything went smoothly and they cleaned up all the branches from the yard. Would use their service again.

They called me immediately and scheduled the work for the next day. They showed up on time and got right to work. They went beyond what they said they would do and completed some additional cleanup of other trees in our yard. When they left the house, the yard was clean and in better shape than when they arrived. I was very happy with the service and would use them again.

Arbor Pro made initial contact almost immediately and we agreed on a date shortly after. The crew showed up exactly as promised, did a super job, and cleaned up thoroughly.
I was especially pleased at the quality of the job they did on the medium tree, which had never been pruned before. I needed it shaped for the longer term, so that as it reaches full size it will fit the space and not grow to touch the house. They assessed the tree and chose the major limbs to keep and a few to cut, still leaving a pleasing shape. I would highly recommend this provider for both routine and also more advanced jobs.

Everything went well, from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. I called Ernesto to set up an appointment for an estimate. He showed up on time, walked my property and gave me an estimate. I told him that I wanted the trees "heavily trimmed". The trees were so thick that my grass was dying because of the lack of sunlight. I accepted the proposal and Ernesto and his crew showed up the next morning. All I can say is "WOW"! He did EXACTLY what I requested. This is the first time in many years that the sunlight is actually shining on my grass. I'm very satisfied with the work Ernesto and his crew did for me. I will use Arbor Pro in the future for any tree service. On a side note: It was amazing to watch those guys climb up the trees (without any ladders) only using a rope. This requires skill. I equally enjoyed watching that "grinder" at work. They put all the limbs in this grinder and within seconds it spit out toothpicks.

Everything went very well. They arrived on time and worked all day in the hot Texas sun where the heat index was over 100. They cleaned up all the debris, ground the stumps and blew down the driveway and sidewalk. Ernesto and his crew were all very professional and knew what they were doing.
I feel their price was comparable to others I have seen.

I wasn't happy because what i wanted wasn't done. 3 trees were trimmed too much. They forgot to trim the roots and owner said they had come in an hour to do it. The man didn't come until 5 hrs later. Owner late coming for evaluation of job.

I am very satisfied with the work I had done. Ernesto was very professional & knowledgeable. The work was performed according to the estimate I received. The crew arrived on time, were courteous, performed their work quickly and cleaned up after the tree was down. They were working in a tight space on a townhome patio and had no problems cutting down my tree and not disturbing my neighbor's patio. I highly recommend Arbor Pro and would use them again.

They did major trimming on all of our 6 large trees and mulched the branches. They went above and beyond any tree trimmers we've had in making sure that we were satisfied with their work. Several of our neighbors hired them after seeing what a great job they did on our trees.

This tree is <7 feet from the edge of the house, so we had concerns of the tree affecting our foundation. Other tree companies suggested we cut the tree down for a lot of money, Arbor Pro took the time to evaluate the situation before telling us we should do something that would eventually hurt our home. I confirmed with others and the internet and he was absolutely right, the roots would have rotted underneath our house if we cut the tree down, and we would have a MUCH LARGER problem to handle.
He showed up at my home on time and with a whole group of workers who were quite efficient. I gave Arbor Pro a B for price for two reasons: first because he was more than another quote, but Ernesto offered the inspection report, which I valued; and the second because he states on his website that he will take Visa and other credit cards but his system was down at the time and he could not take the credit card, which was my preferred method of payment.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience working with Ernesto.

Ernest is a nice guy, but I feel he should not have accepted such a small job. He seems to be very knowledgeable and most likely does well with large jobs like removing or planting trees. We had some scheduling issues, some my fault, some his. I had to keep after him to finish the job. I think in the end the trees have been saved, but I still worry about them.

The Field Manager, Eddie Piver, came by and gave me a written estimate along with a copy of their Liability Insurance. He was very pleasant to work with and was an excellent communicator. They performed the services a couple of days after receiving the estimate. They had a very hard working crew and it took them about 7 hours to cut down and remove all the trees. I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly everything went. I will definitely be contacting Arbor Pro for their services in the future.

I was given the reference from a neighbor who had received an estimate they thought was quite reasonable to remove a very large pine tree. Ernesto came out the day after I called him, and arrived on time. He gave me the estimate and was willing to give me a discount based on having two jobs in the same area. He was able to start work that day. They used ropes instead of ladders to do the work and did a great job. They had two men working in the trees and one in the yard. They are very skilled. They hoist themselves into the trees with the chainsaw on their belt. Once they get up in the trees they are able to saw with one hand and can get high up into the trees. One day after quite a bit of work getting done, it started raining very hard about 45 minutes into the work. They came back right away the next day and did a couple hours of work more in a tree that is larger than our home. They did a great job trimming it in a way that was safe to the tree. It has let in a lot more light into the tree and our yard.
They moved on to another tree and did additional work. Some of my other neighbors also used them the same day to do work after seeing them. The three man crew was working from about 9am to 8pm. They were really hard workers.
The crew was really polite. They cleaned up my yard completely and raked up the little branches, blew away the other debrit and hauled away all of the material as well. They were very efficient and finished on the second day by about noon.
