WE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL OUR HVAC WORK. THEY ARE USUALLY PUNCTUAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE. THIS TIME THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO COME OUT ON THE DAY WE CALLED DUE TO IT BEING A HOLIDAY.

THEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE OUT OF 3 OTHER BIDS. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT AND MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK.

I HAVE A 5 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY AND THE CONDENSING COIL IS BAD. THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE THE CONTRACTOR, AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. THEY CONTACTED GOODMAN, AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULDN'T REPLACE IT. THE COIL WAS WHITE WHEN IT WAS INSTALLED, I FOUND OUT LATER THAT THIS MEANT IT WAS OXIDIZING AND THIS IS A PROBLEM. I JUST WANT THEM TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.
