Replaced, and not 24hrs later it started making a LOUD noise I can only compare to the sound of a leaf blower. Called that morning, and dispatcher said tech would call me back, did not this was on a Sat. Could not coincide schedules on Mon. Called office on Tues. but tech. did not call back Tues., no call on Wed., finally I called back on Thurs. (a week to the day after 1st initial call) FINALLY got a response. Tech. called back and said he would be out on Fri. Came out and took a second look, thought it could be the freezer fan cover, adjusted, he left, noise started up AGAIN. I called later that same day, tech said he couldn't be there till Mon. Came out on Mon. a.m., replaced the fan motor part, hopefully that will take care of the problem.
|Needless to say I AM NOT A HAPPY customer :((. I feel this could have been something that was caused as direct result of possibly a defective part.
|The tech. was nice, and courteous enough, but the response time was just not (in my opinion) great. I do understand that I am NOT their only customer, but to loose sleep for 10 days due to a poor response time left an "unhappy customer" feel.

Workman could not recreate the problem, which had been intermittent. Ran water from hose at full pressure to try to clear any potential blockages.

I called to tell them about the problem I was having with my double oven and wanted to make an appointment. After describing the problem to the repairman on the phone, he was honest and let me know that the oven sounded like it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced.

Technician did a cursory look at the cooktop. He told me that it would require new regulators and sparking units, and that since the oven below would need to be taken out to complete the repair, he would require another technician, and the repair would take 30 minutes more than the allotted time for the deal. I noted that I had installed the oven myself, by myself, and would be happy to remove it before he returned so that he could concentrate on the work at hand. I asked for an itemized quote for the additional labor and a detailed bill of materials, with part numbers, before I decided on continuing. It took a follow-up call two weeks later before Appliance Cowboys provided the quote.
I chose not to continue with the repair. Since that time, CenterPoint has coincidentally had to replace my gas meter. This has partially alleviated the performance issues with this cooktop, which leads me to believe that Appliance Cowboys' original diagnosis was at least partially incorrect. I will investigate other possible causes (gas line pressure deficiency, for example) for these issues before I have somebody start playing "parts replacer" with my cooktop.

They were good and offered to come out if I needed any kind of adjustment. They fixed it but the repair didn’t last. I ended up getting a new refrigerator due to the age of refrigerator.

Advised the Technician that the microwave was built-in prior to the service call and provided model number. When he arrived he said it would require two technicians as a matter of company policy and cost approximately $200 even though a Comparable bulb was available at Home Depot for $3.00.

It worked out very well. I used the coupon right away. The guy did me a big favor and told me that I needed to contact the company that sold the appliance to me. I could have paid him to fix the whole thing but he told me that this has gotta be covered under warranty so he actually saved me money. I really was very pleased with his honesty. He had to yank the stove from a very narrow place. He was just very helpful. I recommended him to the other person that bought the house.

Marco from Appliance Cowboys diagnosed the problem immediately and was prepared with the necessary parts. He answered all my questions and was very professional and personable. I was prepared for the whole "parts are on order" thing but it didn't happen. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and I was catapulted back into the 21st century with refrigerated food!

They're good people. I used one of their specials and I had another problem and I used them again. They're very good. Their second visit, something went wrong with my washer and because they did a good job fixing my stove I gave them a call and they came out to look at my washer. They were able to fix it as well. They came out in August and I spent about $100.

Our front loading washer was not working. We were told that it was totaled, not covered by warranty, and could not be fixed. I called another repair service and had it fixed under motor warranty for $180. I would not be able to rely of Appliance Cowboy's assessments after this experience.

The technican was going to be past the assigned time so he called and let me know when he would be there. This was greatly appreciated. Once he arrived, it was quick work to identify the problem and replace the ignitor. We had spilled something between the glass oven doors and couldn't get to it to clean it. He loosened the front of the door so we could get to the glass and clean it. It looks so much better. Great job!!

We bought the Big Deal for a $75 appliance repair, thinking that they would fix our washing machine for this price. We should be so lucky. Having a crew in the area, they came out the same day and told us that the drain pump needed to be replaced, and that it would cost $160. I guess in retrospect I should have realized that parts would be extra. We had bought the machine used for about $200, and would have traded it in for another used one for about the same price. As it was, we spent more than that to fix the old one. I have no complaints about their service, professionalism, or punctuality. But if I had known the total price beforehand, I would not have chosen this option. As it was, once I bought the Big Deal, I felt like I was already invested and it limited my choices.

Appliance Cowboys was fine. The $83 deal that I bought, they couldn't fix that so I had them look at another piece of equipment and they fixed that one but I had to pay extra for that. It was probably a little bit more expensive than I intended because it was mostly a labor job without any materials and it only took him 45 minutes or so. I think it was a little pricey. They came out quick and he was on time.
