Very late for appointment. Made excuse he went to wrong address and could not find my house.

They're good people. I used one of their specials and I had another problem and I used them again. They're very good. Their second visit, something went wrong with my washer and because they did a good job fixing my stove I gave them a call and they came out to look at my washer. They were able to fix it as well. They came out in August and I spent about $100.

Our front loading washer was not working. We were told that it was totaled, not covered by warranty, and could not be fixed. I called another repair service and had it fixed under motor warranty for $180. I would not be able to rely of Appliance Cowboy's assessments after this experience.

My appliance is a stackable dryer. Appliance Cowboys did not list their exclusions and would not honor the Angies List coupon.

Fixed it but problem persists. They told me to get the Viking trained people. Seems looking for minor fixes. Not knowing how to diagnose or fix.

Marco was fabulous He was clean, polite and prompt. He diagnosed the issue, went and got the necessary materials, returned and installed them the same day.

The technican was going to be past the assigned time so he called and let me know when he would be there. This was greatly appreciated. Once he arrived, it was quick work to identify the problem and replace the ignitor. We had spilled something between the glass oven doors and couldn't get to it to clean it. He loosened the front of the door so we could get to the glass and clean it. It looks so much better. Great job!!

We bought the Big Deal for a $75 appliance repair, thinking that they would fix our washing machine for this price. We should be so lucky. Having a crew in the area, they came out the same day and told us that the drain pump needed to be replaced, and that it would cost $160. I guess in retrospect I should have realized that parts would be extra. We had bought the machine used for about $200, and would have traded it in for another used one for about the same price. As it was, we spent more than that to fix the old one. I have no complaints about their service, professionalism, or punctuality. But if I had known the total price beforehand, I would not have chosen this option. As it was, once I bought the Big Deal, I felt like I was already invested and it limited my choices.

Appliance Cowboys was fine. The $83 deal that I bought, they couldn't fix that so I had them look at another piece of equipment and they fixed that one but I had to pay extra for that. It was probably a little bit more expensive than I intended because it was mostly a labor job without any materials and it only took him 45 minutes or so. I think it was a little pricey. They came out quick and he was on time.

It was easy to make an appointment. Technician notified me in a timely manner when he would be arriving. Notified me that he would be 15 minutes late; arrived on time stipulated. Mr. Ramos was very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. He opened up the back wall of freezer compartment and knew what he was looking at. Other technicians had never done this before. He checked all electrical wiring, connections. Mr. Ramos explained everything to me, answered my questions, and showed me the problems. Refrigerator is about 12+ years old and had rusted and broken parts which are no longer available for replacement. Refrigerator could not be repaired. Being a Senior Citizen and female I liked the technician's attitude twoards me - no talking down to an ignorant person - and his patient explanations. I did not like the ultimate verdict; however, I had my suspicions that due to the item's age it would not be easy to repair or at all. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

I purchased a big buy for a large appliance repair in May and had initial discussions via cell with the technician Marco. He was very, very helpful but at the end of the day I did not believe the cost of repair was worth it to me. Moving forward, a couple of weeks ago our dishwasher stopped working. Marco was extremely accommodating in working with my wife to set up an appointment time that fit her limited schedule. When Marco arrived he was all business, as he knew my wife had to get to work. He identified the problem, explained it to my wife and made the repairs expeditiously. My wife could not have been more impressed with Marco's communications, his demeandor and his professionalism. He is a great representative for Appliance Cowboys and we would not hesitate to use their services again.

Horribly. We purchased the deal for $74. They were quick to set up an appointment. They came when they were supposed to, looked at the dryer, and told me I would need a new thermal fuse and thermistor. The price for this was $130, in addition to the deal I already purchased (These parts are about $15 dollars a piece online by the way). They came back and replaced both these parts, and the first time I used the dryer it blew again and would not work. They came back and replaced the same parts, this time under a warranty, which they said they don't normally do, but "would for me." I used the dryer once, and it blew again. Then they said it was the vents, and I would need to hire a chimney sweep. So we disconnected the vents and they replaced the parts a third time (also under warranty). The dryer ran once and blew out a third time. It was clearly not the vents. This latest time they said they would have to charge me another $130 for the parts, and another $60 for a service call if they come again, and if it did not work then they would charge me to replace the heating element. The kicker is they want to see if if blows one more time and THEN try to replace the heating element. I told them to forget about it. I went online and purchased a thermal fuse, a thermistor, a heating element, and a new high-limit thermostat all for about $120. I replaced them all myself, and am still finding that the heating element runs too hot. We are still trying to narrow down the issue, but have gotten much farther than these guys ever did. I would much rather he have admitted he knew nothing about these newer dryers than waste my time and money. It has been months and we still do not have a working dryer. The kicker is they want me to give them a good review on Google in exchange for a discount on services next time. Yeah right.

It was a very ugly transaction. He came, looked at the appliance and then told me that the manufacturer does not offer replacement parts. We contacted GE directly and they told us that they DO have the parts. GE ended supplying the part and sending out a repair person, who repaired it to perfect condition. I believe Appliance Cowboys lied to me. Not to mention, the provider did not get in touch with me in a timely manner.

Our dishwasher continues to fill and eventually spills out the bottom of the dishwasher door once water levels get too high. We got on Angie's List and saw a coupon for the Appliance Cowboys, so we purchased their service deal and made an appointment. Since I had just taken off the day before to have electrical work done, my mother-in-law came over at the time of service to let them in. She stated that he arrived about 10:15 and by 10:40 he had told her he didn't know what was wrong. The sensor seemed to be working, yet the dishwasher kept calling or more water. When asked if it was the seals he said he "didn't think so." He then told her he couldn't fix it, he was the only technician for our area (meaning no one else from the company could come out and fix it), that we would need to try and get our money back from Angie's list, and then he left. I am glad I didn't take off anymore time from work to NOT get the service done, but still my mother-in-law ended up wasting her time. Even though she's retired, it still wasted her time and took her away from something she wanted to do at the church. And now I need to take time off again for someone else to come out and fix the problem.

Vendor told me they have no technician to repair a trash masher. My rating of C does not convey that i think the company's services are simply FAIR. Customers shouldn't have to choose among grades from A to F if the vendor proves not not have the personnel to do the type of appliance repair required.

The gentleman who showed up was prompt and professional. Once he diagnosed the problem he gave me a price for a brand name and no name ice maker. He also let me know the difference between the two with no pressure to pick one or the other. We went with the no name and he installed it right away. Took maybe all of an hour from beginning to end. I would and have used them since.

Found the refrig was beyond repair

Marco arrived on the same day I scheduled service aNd within t he time frame he had given. He explained the problem and that he would need to order a couple of parts and return the next day. He returned the next day and repaired the dryer. I've was very polite. I would use them again if needed.

Appliance Cowboy showed up on time diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and came back a day later and installed new parts. They did a great job.

The original repair went smoothly. The repairman arrived at the agreed time, and fixed the problem that I reported efficiently . I told the repairman that the dryer drum was not turning. The repairman (who is also the owner of the company) found the problem quickly, replaced a broken part with another part from his truck , and left the area clean. My only concern was that the part cost more than I would have expected for such a small mechanical piece. After he left, I found there was a second problem with the dryer. I called back, and he agreed to come back for the price of a service trip and not charge for parts. I accepted the second charge even though the Angie's List deal states that two visits are covered, because the problem seemed to be unrelated to the first issue. On the second visit, he quickly found that the dryer vent was clogged with a bird's nest. He said he would remove the nest at the total cost of $109.00. He removed the nest in about five minutes using a simple tool. Since most technicians normally charge by the hour,and I believe I could have removed the nest myself, I thought this amount was excessive, even accounting for the cost of a service call. I agreed to the amount only because I did not want to hire another person to come and charge me for a third service call. In the end, I paid an amount nearly equal to the original price of the dryer to get the repairs done. The technician was very professional and efficient and explained everything that he did clearly. I was also pleased that he had the courtesy to remove his shoes when he walked on the carpet. My only complaint was what I felt was an excessive charge for the service rendered.

The repair man showed up on time, examined my 6 year old GE refrigerator which had been cooling unevenly and freezing our food. He said it needed a new thermostat for a cost of around $350 or he could do a "Bypass" for $175. I would prefer to buy a new fridge rather than spend $350 so I went with th "Bypass". He assured us it would work. Next few days the fridge was worse. So we called and he did come back out a few days later. He insisted that we were not closing the fridge properly which was causing the problem. I calmly assured him that the fridge had been closed as I have done for the past 6 years. He insisted again that it was our fault. That is when I became angry and asked him to just leave it alone. We phoned the company and asked for a reimbursement. They actually agreed and I got my money back.I appreciated him trying the lesser fix but it would have been good to advise us that it may not work. Also, to accuse us of not properly closing the fridge door was lame and a cop-out. I hope he learned from this experience.

The technician could not fix my dryer since he was not experienced on this particular brand and model. He gave advice about what may be needed. He let me know immediately that he could not provide the service and told me how to get a refund for the services paid for.

I had attempted to unclog the drain for my refrigerator by defrosting it, but apparently after ten years, there was a physical blockage of the drain tube. The technician quickly identified that as the root cause and made short work of the clog. He was thorough and explained the steps that he was taking in as much details as I would like. All in all, it was a good investment to fix an expensive refrigerator. Most importantly, I was taught how to fix that type of problem in the future.

Did a great job repairing my washer. Will definitely use then for any other appliance needs I have. Marco was very friendly and helpful

Took advantage of a an $89 special on the labor/service call advertised on their web site. Maybe I'm out of touch, but thought parts cost a little high. The tech performed the repair neatly and efficiently. Since he was there and I have bad knees, I asked what he would charge me to replace the water filter on the refrigerator (which I had on hand). I don't remember exactly what he quoted me, but it was $50 or more. I thought that was too much for a 5-10 minute job.
