We had trees removed from another company, so Antonio installed a sprinkler system, laid sod in the front and back yard, planted shrubs in front and back yard, and then fixed a small section of fencing in the back yard.  All in all, it took a little over a week to complete and everything looked great.  About two days later, we noticed one of the sprinkler heads was flooding the yard instead of spraying up and out like normal.  We called Antonio to have him repair the sprinkler head and he said he would come out to fix it.  He never came and we ended up calling a couple more times before someone came out.  Problem is, they came out, took the broken sprinkler head, and didn't replace it.  They also turned off the water valve to the sprinkler system and we don't know which one it is since they never showed us.  They acutally told us not to worry about it because we should never have to touch it.  Fast forward to today about 3 weeks later.  We have probably called Antonio at least 20 times and reached him about 10 of those times.  Every time he says he has people in the area and they will come out to fix the problem, but of course, no one has come out and we still don't have water coming out.  Bottom line, this guy might never come back out to fix the problem but I am going to harass the living crap out of him until he does!!!  I'm sure it would only take his guy 30 minutes to fix the problem, but apparently it is not worth the time for him. 
Don't waste your money on this guy!!!

The lower concrete section cracked in less than 2 months.  We contacted Mr. Sanchez who wanted to cut the crack section out and insert a cross section of bricks. Since this would not match the distance between brick sections of the rest of the walkway, we said “no” he needed to replace it. His brother who managed the workers in laying the concrete and bricks, was at our neighbors’  house and agreed that the only correct way to fix the problem was to remove the concrete, perhaps add “more” rebar and repour it. He said we’d need to talk to Antonio. We did….numerous times. On several of these occasions, we were told his workers would be there within the week, never happened. Mr. Sanchez even came by the house and sat in our living room, promising that he had workers in the area who would come fix it immediately. Again, lies and deception from Antonio.  My opinion is that he would have fixed it, but only if we had paid again for the work.  Ultimately, now about 1.5 years since the work was done and the crack occurred; nothing fixed and Mr. Sanchez no longer returns calls. So, we hired him to replace a cracked walkway and ended up with a cracked walkway. Money not well spent with this company.

He is okay but not great.  I thought he was a little on the expensive side.  I had some work that needed to be done that he quoted about $1200 to do and I got it done for a lesser price.

Job went great. Even cut up the Oak tree to make firewood.

Work was quick, ontime, cleaned up well after the job.

Everything I've ever done with him has always gone very well. I was especially happy that stump grinding was included in his price. His crew takes pride in what they do, and I've always been satisfied.

My experience with him was excellent. The price was good, He did it very quickly and cheaper than anyone else. I am just looking for an excuse to use him again.
