Tim Clarke of Anthony & Sylvan Pools visited our home to discuss and educate us on our pool options. He was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. There was no pressure or heavy handed sales pitch which was a relief and much appreciated. Tim acted as a consultant and partner to help us understand and realize our ultimate goals. They have the best customer service. Bob Mertel designed our pool and was fantastic. Very pleasant and was not pushy in the least bit. Skye Ducreay was the project manager and was outstanding. He removed all the guessing. Told us every 3 to 4 days what was going to happen and how. And it happened just how he said. Great team.

There is absolutely no customer relationship , the saleman just promised a lot of possibilities and dates to sell and get the contract signed. So far nothing happened, if we knew that it wouldn't happen so soon, we would never sign the contract. They said that you can cancel it but you still have to pay for permit fees. ( which is unknown )

The "pebble tec" pool is good. I paid for a "Cool Deck". Thee deck was painted and it gets very hot. I complained but Anthony and Sylvian refused to correct the problem.

Our designer Cory was outstanding and the reason why we chose Anthony and Sylvan. He really captured what we were trying to achieve in our backyard. Our PM Lupe was outstanding and was in constant contact throughout the project and exceeded our expectations. Lupe ensured every contractor completed their job with highest quality and detail.

The initial contact from the company was prompt. The designer, Aaron, followed up with more conversations and drew up plan options. When we had our first site visit, we made some significant changes to our plan. No problem, Aaron had it back to us quickly with a solid quote. The scheduling communication from Bianca was great and we knew when to expect crews in our yard. Every phase of the job went as expected and the crews were professional and responsive. We are very pleased with our pool - quality and aesthetics. We dealt with a number of people at Anthony Sylvan and the majority of our interactions were great.

If you are not on top of them don't count on it getting it done in a timely manner, also would not call back on question or problems I had to call every time. Didn't seem to be interested almost seemed putoff by me calling.

We decided on a cement (gunite) pool since my too concerns, cracking and porusness were unfounded. It is not done yet and may take 6-8 weeks total. I would have preferred it to move more quickly!

Over all communication within the company was poor. Appointments were made with us and twice the workers showed up several days later and only after we called. The pool had to have touch up painted as the tape was left on for a week before it was removed. The workers were very courteous and worked hard while here. The overall problem was with the scheduling staff.
