I would NEVER us this company again and I would NEVER refer them to anyone.  First let me say that I will not mention anyone's name because I feel sure these men are good people on a soul level. As far as professional, they leave a lot to be desired.  For my particular townhome garage roof, I think it was and still is a terrible job. My roof and my neighbor's room are like swamps. I have no clue who from Anchor roofing was responsible for the oversight,  but the company was supposed to determine for lack of technical term, if the below structure needed to be repaired so as to have proper drainage.  From the looks of my roof the drainage is stuck in a messy pool of scum and dirt. And the "swamp" area is getting larger.  The old black roof NEVER did this.   I spoke to the co-owner who told me that he would fix my roof to be just the way I needed it to be. I wrote 3 letters and attached pictures and NEVER heard from the man. Only when I copied several other people did I hear from him and then I resent the letter and attachments and once again NO RESPONSE.  In my opinion, the owners could care less.  I am still paying my assessment and it was one of the largest assessments since I have been living here.  And then we have the project manager who is probably a very smart man in many ways but he was not the best communicator and our townhome complex had to have 2 men shadow him to make sure the homeowners understood what was happening and to make sure he focused in on the problem. Then we had a ton of problems like electricity being cut, gutters put on the wrong way and draining towards the opposite direction, A/C/wire covers were moved and that affected the drainage of my gutters. Wirings were left hanging everywhere, pieces of siding were lost, and we were sent a threatening letter about making sure we had a cutoff switch before the work was to begin.  I think we were grandfathered on that and hardly anyone else here incurred that expense.  So I say they should not even be in business. I see where there were some better reviews and perhaps it was at smaller projects. As far as our larger project, they did a horrible job and my garage roof looks like it was patched together and I now have a dirty swamp that the birds love and so do the mosquitoes.  I would recommend anyone BUT this company and their crew.  This review should be nothing new to the company as I said all of this in the many letters to one of the owners and in emails to the project manager.  BUYER BEWARE!

They're great. The project manager was Bill. They did a super job. I was very happy with them. In fact, we've recommended them to other complexes. They did a very good job. Because it's commercial, we have to have special roofing. We were very, very impressed with them. Since then, they've done three other complexes on our recommendation. The people over there are happy, too. I didn't have one problem with them. Somebody didn't like something and they came back and changed it for them. They did extra work. They did a bunch of things. They were very, very good.

This was work done to re roof 10 condos.and 6 more will done in August. Anchor did a fantastic job, thanks to their Site Manager, Bill Hubbell, who was exceptional. He did more for our Association than any other Roofing contractor has ever done. The workers had the place cleaned up every night, which is important because there are 21 homes in the complex. All the town home owners were very happy with the project. We would recommend Anchor, with Bill Hubbell to anyone looking for a professional job.

It went great. Just don't try to sleep while they are there. ;o) They started on time and finished the same day. Everything was cleaned up and put back in place before they left as promised. We had a couple of questions a few days later so the guy came out the next day and went over everything with us. Great customer service!
