American Property Inspections of Texas is an independently owned and operated Houston home inspection company serving the Houston, Katy, Cypress, Tomball and surrounding areas with over 15 years experience in the design, construction and inspection of commercial and residential property. Our home inspectors provides our customers with an extensive computer generated report with pictures, based on the Texas Real Estate Commission's standards of practice usually within 24 hours via e-mail, after completion of the inspection. Our home inspections usually take between 2 - 5 hrs. of field work, depending on the age and occupancy of the home. We provide professional real estate inspections of new house inspections, existing home inspections, foundation inspections, electrical inspections, structural inspections, heating and cooling inspections, roof inspections, commercial property inspections, pool inspections, buyers inspections, sellers inspections, warranty inspections and construction draw inspections. This is the second time we have used Rod for a home inspection. Both times he has been extremely thorough and spent as much time going over his findings and answering questions as we needed. For this house, he spent nearly 5 hours going over every nook and cranny. Plenty of other inspectors would have rushed through it in an hour or 2. He provides great reports with plenty of photo evidence to use in your negotiations. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him without hesitation.
