Everything went great. We have bought many products from them in the past and are very competitive in pricing. I will use them again, as well.

Their service has been very good and I had no problems. They have been very helpful. I haven?t got the blinds yet, they have to make them. The guy came out to my house, showed me blinds and things. He was on time and was very professional.

When they arrived one blind was damaged and I called them and they sent me out a new one, with no questions asked. They have really good service.

We have yet to recieve all of the blinds because they are on back order.

GREAT! I actually called a few times before ordering. I was skeptical because the price was so much better than a store. I checked online first to make sure they carried the paper I wanted. There was even a picture of it to confirm I was looking at and ordering the right paper. When I called to order, they checked the factory to make sure there were rolls in the same lot#. Shipping was free and they were having a 10% off sale when I ordered. They explained the return policy up front. I ended up having to return 1 double roll (which they charge a restocking fee and shipping to return) but I still ended up saving money on the total cost. The telephone people were very efficient and friendly and the wallpaper arrived in good time.

They sent me a sample card and the color was a good match. The custom made blind arrived in about five days, was *extremely* easy to install and looks great. I am now comfortable ordering for the rest of my windows.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company on-line. I ordered some wallpaper and when I attempted to return the unopened product, I was told that they could not take back the order since they ordered the product from a subsidiary. In order to get a refund (with a 30% restocking fee), they told me I had to donate the wallpaper to a charity, get a receipt, fax the receipt to them and they would refund my money...what a nightmare. Their website touts a "customer-friendly return policy". I faxed the receipt to them over a week ago, and I still have not seen any credit to my bank account.

They don't charge for taxes or shipping, and they have special rebates and promotion codes. They have Hunter Douglas, which are excellent shades and blinds. The blinds were honey maple, and are high quality and are just beautiful.

I SHOPPED AROUND & COMPARES THEIR PRICES TO TWO OTHER RETAILERS. THEY WERE 30-50% LESS & I FEEL THE QUALITY IS AS GOOD AS A LOCAL NATIONAL CHAIN THAT I'VE BOUGHT FROM BEFORE. INSTALLATION ON YOUR OWN, BUT EASY INSTRUCTIONS.

THE ORDER FOR MY BLINDS CAME ON TIME. THE COMPANY CAME OUT WITHIN TWO DAYS TO HANG THEM. I FEEL THAT THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES AROUND AND ARE A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

AFTER SEARCHING EVERYWHERE FOR CURTAINS FOR MY OVERSIZED WINDOW, I FINALLY FOUND SOME AT AMERICAN BLINDS. ORDERED ONLINE AND WHEN THEY CAME IN THEY WERE EVEN NICER THAN THEY APPEARED ON THE WEB SITE. GREAT PRICES, TOO. EVEN GOT A REFUND, WHEN I CALLED TO GET A PRICE MATCH (ACTUALLY THEY HAD PUT THE CURTAINS ON SALE A WEEK LATER.) VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
