Excellent service. Very punctual. Called me 20 minutes before arrival. Took his shoes off when entering the house, as he noted we don't wear shoes inside the house. Covered work area and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Turned out I have rats... BUT he was so good that not only changed the
"chewed" line but helped to spread some rats repellent until the pest
control is able to come.
Nice, polite, helpful. I am not calling anybody else from now on. Actually, I am making the "spring-annual- check up" appointment for March already.

We have used Nelson over the last few years for various projects. He is honest and fair in his pricing. When we have been on a limited budget, he has found the best possible solution for our repairs, in one instance recommending that we could make the repair ourselves and how. He has just recently had to replace our entire a/c unit (he recommended that we do this in the winter - last year) but we thought we could last another summer. Unfortunately he was right, and our a/c went out. He came in with a reliable and honest crew of men, and they repaired, placed and cleaned up very well after themselves.
We have used Nelson and his crew before to put in our radiant barrier, and they did a fantastic job, keeping everything clean in the process.
I would use him again and recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Our compressor had failed on our 9 year old a/c unit. Nelson quoted prices to both repair and replace the unit. I researched other companies to get their prices for the same unit and found they were much higher priced. I was very impressed with Nelson's professionalism and knowledge in his field and decided to use him for the replacement. I have since been very pleased.

Nelson was on time, explained everything that was going on. His crew were friendly and cleaned up after the work.
