Description of Work: My furnace went out with a code 14 (burner lockout) and they came the same day and fixed it in less than 1 hour - replace the igniter. The tech was very courteous and swept up behind himself. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Came out to check why my A/C wasn't cooling. He said the compressor was froze and would have to be re-placed. He gave me two options and explained both of them. Very polite, knew what he was talking about, not pushy. I will do business with them in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased the AC tune up package special. They came out and discovered the connection to the house was "melted". He said he could not fix it and that I would have to contact an electrician to replace the box. I did and the electrician said that he had never had an AC repair person contact him to do that work because they usually do that themselves. The person from allstar never returned my call after that and did not return to check the remainder of my units functioning. I tried to put this review on-line previously and it did not work.
