Description of Work: Repaired a loose wire to the job value, heater was not working.

Description of Work: I called All Star to check my heating unit as I was not comfortable in my home although I had a new unit put in last December 2012. I thought maybe the unit was not working properly, or I did not have enough insulation or the ducts might have had leaks. Come to find out the contractor that installed the new unit did not install the unit exactly like it should have been. Right away Chris found the problem and fixed it like it should have been fixed. It took him about 15 minutes at the most if that much. I will call All Star again and will recommend to others. I trust this company and their work.

Description of Work: My Air Conditioner broke down this morning. I called me regular Heating and A/C company and the response I got was less than satisfactory. It would be 8 to 12 hours before the serviceman could arrive, and he sounded very unhappy about makeing a service call on a weekend. Life is not as pleasant without air-conditioning so I looked online at Angie's List, called All Star, spoke with Ed, he came out in less than 2 hours and could not have been nicer! He showed me what the problem was, was very professional, and frankly he will be getting all my future work.

Description of Work: Excellent service by a honest technician Chris,arrived on time at 5:30 in the evening ,very convenient since all of us usually work from monday to friday 8 to 5 and taking a day off for a service is not usually appreciated by your employer,Found and fixed a leak in the upstairs unit at less than what another POH nominee on angies list did.Did not make the problem sound like it was going to kill us the next day like the other company technician did.Did not try to sell unecessary products explained all the work done.Excellent service by an excellent company who still have integrity and honesty as core principles keep it up
