ALL BRIGHT CARPET CLEANING

Scheduled an appt. in the afternoon between 1-3. Took off afternoon from work and waited until 3:45. Called the company and was told they wouldn't be able to come out that day but could make it the next day between 2-4. Took off next afternoon from work, waited until 4:15 when they called and said they would be one hour late. Told them to not come and that I would never use their services again. Very disappointed in the disrespect of my time. Have told all of my real estate friends about this situation.

ALL-BRIGHT DOES OUTSTANDING WORK FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. I HAVE TRUSTED THEM WITH MY HOME AS WELL AS MY RENTAL PROPERTIES. THEY ARE PROMPT, DEPENDABLE AND ALWAYS DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CAME TO MY HOME, MOVED FURNITURE, ROLLED UP A VERY LARGE WHITE AREA RUG TOOK IT AWAY TO BE CLEANED AND RETURNED IT QUICKLY. PUT EVERYTHING BACK THE WAY THEY FOUND IT. THEY HAVE PATCHED AREAS WHERE TENANTS HAVE DAMAGED CARPET BEFORE AND YOU CANNOT EVEN TELL WHERE THE PATCH IS. THEY ALWAYS HAVE A PRACTICAL SOLUTION TO ANY CARPET PROBLEM OR STAIN. THE OWNER, DAVID, CALLS ME BACK WHENEVER I NEED ACCESS TO HIM.
