I called the office and made a complaint but have heard nothing but that they were sorry.

In the month of June, dishwasher problem started again, contacted All Brand appliance in July 2015:  On 7.22.15, repairman came out again, now stating that the motor was bad.  The cost for the call out 69.99 the cost for the repair 490.00.  My issue is when you came out in January to fix the original issue, why didn't he check the dishwasher motor.  T

I called All Brand Appliance right after the refrigerator went out and they sent a repairman over that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix. He said the new compressor would have to come from Dallas so we scheduled for 2 days later. The repairmen arrived on time and installed the new compressor in about 2 hours. I was well satisfied with their competence and friendly attitude.

I would not use any other company for appliances. They tell me exactly what is wrong. I know I am going to pay a minimum of $59.95. I will then make a decision whether to repair it or replace it.

I give All Brands high marks for trying but low ones for execution. I have a Fisher-Paykel dish drawer. They worked on it off and on over a period of eight months with very little help. It was in the shop for four months. Upon return to my home the second time, the dish drawer was improperly installed and the installer left a mess with water all over the floor. I also found the washer leaking so they must have defeated the overflow switch rather than repair the problem. All in all, it was a waste of time and money as I must replace the unit, anyway.

In all fairness to All Brands, Fisher-Paykel APPARENTLY offered them little help

They do a good job. I don't feel I have ever been over charged. They show me all the broken parts and pieces. I don't call anyone else for appliance repair. I have used them several times.

It took them 6 different attempts at misdiagnosing the problem and 2 months of back and forth while they had us ordering different parts before they decided the ice maker needed a new compressor. After putting in two faulty compressors and another months time, the machine still does not work. On top of the fact that their work is incompetent, the people who work for this company are rude. They act as if they are put out every time you call to report that they did not solve the problem. They do not call back when promised and when you try to follow up ( so you aren't sitting home all day waiting on the technician to show up) they basically tell you it's your problem and always sound frustrated that the customer actually expects customer service.

He was very nice and professional. The first time he came he changed the ice maker out. Two days later we noticed the ice still wasn't being made and he came right back out the next day and fixed that. His name was Robert.

Company was easy to reach on the telephone, and I was able to call on Friday afternoon and make a Saturday appointment. The office called to let me know when the technician was on his way. Technician troubleshooted and repaired the problem quickly and charged the minimum one hour of labor. (While $120/hour seems a little steep to me, I felt it was fair and paid without comment. I should have asked about the labor rates when I set the appointment so I wouldn't have had sticker shock.) Overall I was happy and would call this vendor again.

ctc co and scheduled a future apt. Showed up promptly and determined problem quick. Returned next day and completed job in 30 minutes. Dryer was not drying and now it's wonderful. Would recommend them again. Price maybe a little high but the customer service and promptness, etc. Was good.

THEY CAME WITHIN 2 DAYS OF FIRST CALL, ORDERED THE PART, BUT WAS A MISTAKE ON FORM SO THE WRONG PART CAME IN, THEY DID NOT CALL TO TELL US THIS, AS WE WERE EXPECTING THEM ON A CERTAIN DAY, WHICH CAME AND WENT. THE PART TOOK OVER A WEEK TO ARRIVE. THEY CAME OUT TO FIX ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE. LATER IN THE DAY WE TESTED THE WASHER AND IT STILL WAS HAVING PROBLEM. SO CALLED BACK MONDAY AND THEY SENT WORKER OUT IMMEDIATELY. WAS SAME WORKER WHO HAD BEEN THERE SATURDAY. HE DISCOVERED THE WIRE AND HOUSING WERE ALSO DAMAGED(PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN), AND FIXED THEM. TESTED WASHER HIMSELF AND IT WAS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.
