I first called Mike Dec 5th to let him know my ice maker on my fridge needed repair and the on/off of my oven. He said he was really busy but since I had used him before I told him no hurry I would wait. Its now Feb 9th and after no responses to texts or voicemails, I'm going to hire another company but not until after I share my experience with this company. I don't know what happened, they used to be good, but steer clear of this guy now

Mike was very punctual and very professional; I would definitely hire again. I felt comfortable and satisfied by his work.

It went well. The repairman did an excellent job. It didn't take long, and he was very professional.

Told me I needed a repair that was $250+. Declined and purchased new washing machine. Told my wife $45 for the call. Charged me $75 and said he had to do additional work.

Best appliance repair service, hands down. They show up on time, avoid fancy gimmicks and just get to work on troubleshooting and repairing the issue. They’re honest, fair on price, and timely. I’ve used them multiple times and been happy every time.

I will never call these people again. They're not reliable.

Called to make appointment, gave owner phone number and took down appointment time. Owner never showed up. Owner never called me back to cancel after leaving message. Owner never made it a point to give me a courtesy call and re-schedule. Waited an hour & a half with no contact of what was happening. Would not waste my time on a company who does not value customers or customer service. I was extremely unhappy & would never use this company again.

The owner is top notch and so knowledgeable and professional. I have never been so pleased with a service. This is the third time I have had them out and each time the problem was taken care of at a fair price. I would highly highly recommend!!! And no extra charge for a Sunday visit!!!

Came same day, accomodating my request for a late day appointment. He called to let me know he was on the way. Completed work quickly and tested before leaving. Very courteous. I will certainly call him again should I need repairs to appliances.

Mike is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt,....all the things in service people hard to find these days.

Excellent service - able to repair the dryer instead of having to buy a new dryer.

Mr. Patrawala was very efficient and got the faulty circuit board repaired instead of my having to order another one. I am very pleased with his prompt work and would be glad to recommend him to my neighbors.

Washing machine was damaged due to power surge/lightning strike. They came out the very night we called and he was troubleshooting the machine for a good two hours. Decided that a part needed to be replaced (this was at 9pm so he was unable to get it that night). Came back the very next day with the part and repaired the washing machine as good as new. Great guy, very polite and focused.

I contacted the provider early in the morning and he told me that he would get back with me to inform me whether or not he could make the service call on that day.  I called the provider back and he worked me into his schedule.  The job took approximately an hour and a half because he had to leave and pick up the part needed for the repairs.  I was told that the service charge would $45.00 and if he was able to repair the washer machine, then there would not be a $45.00 service charge.  The provider was very professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I would defintely use his service again and would recommend him to family, friends and the public.
