Excellent service ! I tried to call a number of repair services but it was after 5:00pm on a Sunday and no one was willing to come out until I called All Appliance Repair. He came right out and got my fridge up and running again before any of my food spoiled. He was friendly, professional and worked quickly to repair our refrigerator.

He was so sweet. He initially couldn't quite put his finger on what was wrong at first. He got it to wash but figured that it probably wasn't completely correct. He left and did some research. He called me and asked if he could come back...He had an idea of what the root problem was. He was right and promptly completed the repair. His willingness to conquer the problem was refreshing.

He arrived when he said he would, and checked my machine.  He found that the drain pump was bad and replaced it right then and there.  About an hour all told.  Nice man.

They were great and very helpful. He was prompt, returned all my phone calls and left a card so I can easily contact him if there is an issue. He came back for some secondary work and didn't charge me the whole price so it's all excellent.

Manufacturer's service repair technician said I would have to buy a new refrigerator -- because the ice/ water dispenser was not repairable, the refrigerator is discontinued so cannot buy a new door with dispenser either.
Mike came and repaired dispenser in 30 minutes. Very pleased! Will use again and recommend to others.
