Really well. We were pleased with him.

I have used this company several times in the past few years and thought the owner was providing good service for an antique wall clock and mantle clock that I own.  The last time I got in contact with the owner to come to my home to service my clocks was in Oct. 2014.  The owner did not show up or call to cancel the first appointment I made with him and did not apologize when I contacted him.  The same thing happened when I made a second appointment.   Needless to say, I did not try to make a third appointment with him and promptly starting looking for another, more reliable clock repairman.  I found out from the new repairman that the owner of Albert & Sons had not been servicing and cleaning my clocks properly and completely.

Part of the inner mechanisms were not working correctly and some new parts were added.  It took a little longer than we expected but is now working and keeping the correct time.

As I stated he never got back to me so I cannot grade him.

I had originally purchased the clock from this company in 1992. I had lost touch with them, and reconnected with the company through Angie's List. I needed somebody I could trust as well as somebody who is a highly trained clock expert. I was so happy to find Alberto & Sons again through Angie's List.

ALBERT OBVIOUSLY LOVES CLOCKS AND DOES EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO RESTORE AN OLD CLOCK TO A SHINY, CLEAN, TIMEPIECE. WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING HOW TO CARE AND MAINTAIN THE GRANDFATHER CLOCK I INHERITED.
