On estimate day, Jaime called to let me know he was on his way. He gives free estimates. He told me what the job entailed and that I would be very happy with the results. He explained in detail: from the fact there would be two of them doing the work, they would hang plastic to close off the work area, to the clean up after the job was finished. He said that if I was not happy with the job, that I wouldn't have to pay him. He said he would be willing to work with my schedule, even if it meant he needed to come on a Saturday.
On job day, he again called to let me know his arrival time. Everything went as he had outlined. When it came to clean up time, I was really impressed--swept floor from the entry to include the complete kitchen area; wiped down the countertop, AND wiped the cabinet fronts and some of the walls. IMPRESSED. As an added bonus, they polished the large corian cutting board which I have on my movable island and gave us two 12" corian cutting boards.
Jamie obviously loves his job and takes pride in doing a GREAT job. Great work ethic. David, who was with him, obviously shares his work ethic. They were very respectful; they were comfortable to be around.
