Title Companies
The title company was fine but the mortgage company was awful. They were very good and very patient and helped us work through things that the mortgage company had screwed up. We had to completely redo the loan. They were fine with that and it wasn't a problem for them. There was no extra charge. We had to go through the whole closing process twice because the mistake didn't show up until the very end. They were very helpful and did a lot of stuff they didn't have to do. The price was rolled into the total costs.
