Sales was fine and very helpful. Lag time between estimate, contract and start of build was a little long but there were extenuating circumstances that caused part of this. Fence was professionally installed and crew polite and helpful.
Cleanup was something else. All of the debris from digging the post holes was pitched into the greens-cape behind the house.
The sales person told his crew to clean it up which they did by spreading the cement, rock and dirt out a little. This still looked bad and he told them to pick it up and haul it away. This they did poorly and reluctantly. I ending up cleaning up the most of it and hauling it away.

I contacted Alamo Fence because I liked the work they did for a neighbor of ours. Rick responded quickly to my call and gave us an estimate for replacing the fence in our backyard and at the front of the property. We decided, based on the total cost, to have the backyard fence replaced now, the front later. Rick was very accommodating. We were a little confused about the timing of the project and had to ask a lot of questions to understand the permitting, home owners approval and utility marking processes. It would have been helpful if Rick had walked us through the timeline up front. Once we got everything arranged, the working crew showed up on time, worked quickly and were very neat. We didn't realize that there would be a delay between the time the old fence was removed and the new fence was installed -- about 10 days. It would have been helpful to know that since we've got 3 active dogs that live in the backyard. Again, it would have been helpful to understand the total timeline for the project up front. Now that I know the right questions to ask, I'll be prepared when Alamo installs the front fence.

Alamo Fence Company did a good job. They got the whole job done in a timely manner. They didn't tear my yard up any more than they had to. I did have a problem with one of the posts being too close to the house; however they came right out and fixed it.

The fence looks very good and is holding up very well. I was impressed by their service. I'm not sure on the cost because it was split between me and two neighbors.

Alamo Fence Company did a great job on my fence. Their crew that came out was very nice and hardworking. I can't remember the exact cost; however I do know that it was good. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a fence put up.
