I own a 1910 home & called AirCon to see about the feasibility & approximate cost to convert from electric air handler to natural gas furnace. Will, the tech, arrived promptly and was very helpful. Will spent quite a bit of time explaining what the conversion would entail, including tradeoffs. After opting not to pursue converting, I asked if he could inspect my system. He walked me through his inspection, including a quirky finding that I was unaware of - insufficient voltage to the air handler from breaker panel meant that the system has been running well under its capacity. Sure enough, when Will demonstrated for me the problem, the breaker tripped. It makes me wonder what other techs had actually inspected. I'd just assumed they'd been doing what I'd paid them to do. Will also wrote the model and serial number on the unit since the nameplate is hard to read; a little thing, but a thoughtful extra step. Thanks so much for the great service & for doing well the job I paid for.

Delivered as promised.  The price was very reasonable and they were professional from start to finish.  Everything was explained in detail up front and there were no surprises.  They sent two crews out in the morning to be sure the work was completed in one day.  Everything was installed and cleaned up by mid afternoon.  The original salesman/technician came by as the work was being completed and made sure we were satisfied with the job.

Recently our heating system in our house was out of order. We received
the information about AIRCON from Angie list. We immediately made an
appointment and after 2-3h Aircon technician Will T  arrived at our home.
He opened the heater as well as thermostat. Within 15-20 min he was able to
detect the problems. He fixed it and suggested to replace the capacitor for
better functions of the heater (charged $81.60). It seems he is very competent
person as a technician. Our overall impression to the company AIRCON is very
good especially to the Technician-Will, T. The charge is very reasonable. We
are impressed very much with the service and behavior of the technician of Will
T.

Aircon installed a new A/C system this year.  They did an excellent job with the A/C and ductwork.



|The A/C stopped working last month so we called and they came and checked it out, stating it was not the A/C but the motherboard on the furnace.  They wanted to charge approximately $750. for that install.  I called another company to confirm it was the motherboard and not the a/c.  It was indeed the motherboard but the other company charged $250 less than the AirCon quote.  I would recommend AirCon for installation, for they did an excellent job but for repairs I would shop around.

Our furnace wasn't coming on. Will diagnosed the problem in a wire going from the thermostat to the furnace. He re-wired the connection and we are good to go. :) I will definitely use them again.

Everything went really well. I was pleased with the service and they ended up repairing a part on the furnace and seemed knowledgeable about it. We have an old furnace so it was very quick and very easy. The service guy who came here was really kind and seemed really knowledgeable about furnaces.

In response to an inspection report we had conducted on our house, there were a few minor repairs needed to the heating and A/C systems.  AirCon was responsive to our request and came to our home to check out what needed to be done.  Ricky, the technician, understood exactly what it was we wanted and needed.  He took the time to explain the repairs, and even assisted in setting up a second appointment time to install the pieces we requested.  The staff at this business are so professional from start to finish.  All the repairs I requested were made while respecting my home and my time.  I will definitely continue to use AirCon for my heating and cooling needs.

They had done small jobs for me before my last contact with them in 2010, when I had my condenser unit and plenum, etc... replaced. I didn't use them because another Angie's List company offered me an equivalent American Standard unit for about $1,000 less. I still consider Air-Con my back-up plan. I bought another home in Sugar Land and have to get all but the condenser unit replaced. I got an estimate from the company I chose in 2010, for another American Standard and would be happy to let Air-Con give me an estimate if they waived the service call fee.

Technician came out because of loud "buzzing" noise coming from inside unit. Diagnosed the problem as a faulty AC transformer. Gave me the option of replacing it immediately, or waiting until it fails to replace it. I chose to replace it immediately since one can not predict when it would fail. The technician made the replacement within forty-five minutes. Was impressed by punctuality of technician, and the cleanliness of his work. Will definitely contact them again for problems.

They have been great. They did a great job installing the lights. I am on a service plan for both of my air conditioners and both of my heaters. I have been fairly happy with them. Ever since they put in the UV lights in the attic, the air conditioners have quit stinking when they first start up. When they check the units, they confirm that nothing is growing in them. It is working as advertised. It was exactly what we were expecting. They were installed relatively quickly and without a problem. We liked them so much that we decided to use them to replace the whole unit. We have been very happy with them.

Resolved overflow of clogged drainage line in attic that was leaking in through kitchen ceiling. Installed a sessory shut down device so if there is another clog or buildup in the line it will sense the water pan is filling and shut down the system to prevent fruther leaks. Great because they offered same day service (didn't have to wait for days without AC. The rep was friendly, knowledgeable, on time and the price seemed mmuch better than other experiences I'd had w/ heating, air conditioning, and duct or ventilation related problems in the past.

Aircon arrived prompted at the time they said they would.   The service technicians  was very professional, hard working and completed most of the job in one day.  I had a outside and inside air conditioner installed, old duct work removed, and replaced .
The units were installed on Nov 11-2013.
They also install a new thermostat.  They  returned  to replace a breaker and add coolant to the new unit , and labeled the ducts and setup the wireless thermostat.   I would recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family.
I give them a 100% rating.

Two technicians started the job in the morning. They were most polite and professional. While they were both young, it was clear they were experienced and had been well trained. About half way through a third tech arrived. The installation went smoothly and was completed without a surprises. They took great care to protect our house while they worked and left no mess. A first class installation.
