"Thank you for your review. When we work on older HVAC systems that present multiple problems, we offer to repair each problem as they happen because sometimes it’s a series of different issues. We also try to offer a proposal for a replacement so the homeowner can decide for themselves if they'd rather put that money towards a more permanent solution. We have left several messages, but have not received a call back."

"This customer left us an email on Angie's List: “Need an estimate for AC maintenance -- clean could and remove debris, comb find back to original position...” She also called our message center the same night requesting an estimate for AC maintenance. We replied to her email and also called her back in the morning. Our Dispatcher attempted to answer her questions and give her the help she was requesting. She refused service and hung up, then wrote us this review. We are not sure what else we could have done to have helped her and regret that she is not happy. We do hope that she finds the help she needs. God bless you."

"We worked hard to please this customer from the start. Despite a jam-packed schedule, we worked her in as quickly as we could for the install on Friday, three days after we gave her a free quote. Unfortunately, as with any service company, accidents do happen sometimes. Once we became aware that our installer regrettably damaged the ceiling, we spoke with our customer immediately to let her know that we would take care of the damages on the very next business day. The repair company called her the same day to say he would be out Monday to do all repairs. We told her she could deduct it from the total she owed for the new system & maybe this is where the misunderstanding happened? As it turned out, we paid the bill for the repairs and gave her an additional discount after all work was done to her satisfaction to cover the 2 days she was unable to show the property. We are very sorry this happened, but took care of it as quickly as possible and to our customers satisfaction."
