My AC broke down over the hottest days of the year. My home warranty company took their time and jerked me around on getting a tech out to look at it. So I called Air Tech of Houston and they had someone out and had my unit repaired the next day. I called and canceled the home warranty policy.
To me it seemed a bit expensive, but I have nothing to compare it to. The tech seemed very knowledgeable and he was very pleasant to deal with.
They were responsive during initial contact, understood quickly my request, provided a quote and appointment rapidly.
Technician on site was polite, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.
Technician cleaned up everything afterwards (always appreciated and shows attention to details and customer care).
Technician arrived a little late and outside of the initial (already large) 1-5PM window (but I got a heads-up call, so OK).
Price was not great but fair for quality service.
