They are honest, professional, experienced, competent, and caring. I have used them for years now.

The company hired an outside provider to put in the outside unit.  The company was suppose to come back and install a new inside unit, but when I called the representative that was handling my business, he stated that the company was going out of business and therefore could not come out and put the inside unit in. When the new outside unit stop working after 6 months, I called the company because the unit should be under warranty,  when I called  no one called me back.  I had to pay another company to come out and fix the problem with the outside unit.

It went fine. I use them all the time. He was very personable and very friendly. He comes out, does the job and makes sure everything is fine. I have been using them for 2 years now.

Technician was knowledgeable and professional.  Did not try to sell un-needed services.

Unclogged the drain to stop lhe leaking.

They cleaned the compressor as well as doing the tune up, cleaning and inspection.

Everything essentially went fine, but I was troubled by the serviceman's demeanor. I was asking questions, trying to be thorough  (both our units are old) but he seemed defensive as if I was attempting to put him in a corner. Instead, as his customer, he should have informed and educated me about aspects of older HVAC units of which I was not aware. Then I would have looked at them as subject matter experts that I could trust, and they would have earned my return business.

It is possible I may need more Freon and I will definitely call them back because I have been so happy with their service. They are very nice to work with.

They were a dream team. They were prompt and were here when they said they would be. The gentleman who handled the overall thing was very professional, went above and beyond and I didn't have any arguments with him. He didn't give me the run around and try to cheat me out of my money. I just like the way they respond when you say, you are on Angie's List. We had a major problem on a weekend, but he came right out. He said it wasn't a problem for them to come out on a weekend. I had to have a new furnace, and he was so good about it. He put in a temporary part because they couldn't do that job on a Saturday. He said they would come back first thing Monday morning. They took the other stuff off, hauled it away and didn't leave a mess in my house. Everything was removed from my premises. That was great. They were prompt on Monday morning and worked until the job was finished. Since they put it in, everything has worked just good. We've got the best heater in town. When they left, it did exactly what they said it would do. We haven't had any problems in fact, they are going to do our AC unit.

The owner handled everything after some trouble communicating with his first tech A++ service.

The job was well done. I felt very comfortable with the outcome. And very inexpensive too. Will definitely call them again when I need them in the future.

They found my evaporator coil was rusted out. I did some research on the price quoted and felt it was fair so I called them out again to replace the coil. They were efficient in performing the replacement. I didn't feel pressured at any time. On the whole, I felt I was treated fairly and courteously. I will be calling them again next season.

Prompt. I had bought heating coupons. Technician offered to do A/C too for same price. Knowledgeable. Worked quickly. Seemed thorough.

I Scheduled Alfred  to come out to do the annual preventive maintenance. on saturday, due to time constraints on my part,  we agreed that he would come out the next day sunday (- normally doesn't work on sundays).  That night the AC wnt out .  Alfred came and Cleaned, drained, and tested AC unit.  He was able to replace the Compressor Start Assembly and the Dual Run Capacitor, topped off the refrigerant, and even repaired duct transition in attic.  Alfred explained the warranty on the parts replaced and offered a credit if compressor fails and I have to replace the whole unit within time limit.  He always explains thing to me and gives me a choice to repair or replace. He never tries to "sell" me something, just tries to keep the system operating efficiently.  I know it will need to be replaced someday, and I would only have him do it.  He is always professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with.

I misinterpreted the deal as it only covered per unit in the household and we had 2 units. It was not clearly written.

All of that work was great.  However, in attaching the garden hose to their apparatus for the carpet cleaning, they broke my garden-hose holder.

Definitely would call again.

this was a first experience with Angie's list. I have had a lot of bad experience's with service providers that promise much and provide so little. I have more work for them to do. Thank you Angie
