They were right on time, and did the job quickly. It was touchless service - I didn't have to even answer the door. They called my cell and before they got there, I opened the gates, and then called when they were done. great job.

This company far exceeded all our expectations. Wonderful communication and very responsive. Our house looks amazing and they are 100% dedicated to making the customer happy. I rarely give my recommendation but these guys earned my respect. I will use them again.

Perfect and as planned. No surprises whatsoever. The work was specifically noted in the work order and everything was done. The crew was exceedingly professional headed up by Aron Warren, who stayed in touch all during the day and monitored the entire project. Took all day to finish, which was expected. Have used APS in the past and will continue in the future. Cannot recommend more highly.

On time and as promised. A 2 man crew took about an hour. There is a minimum trip charge so be sure to get a quote.

Arrived at expected time. The two man crew were courteous and efficient and was able to complete the cleaning and cleanup in less than an hour. The only issue of which i mentioned for future reference was to provide some protection over the A/C units to prevent debris from entering otherwise i was satisfied with the work. Note pricing is based on two cleanings within a 12 month period.

Pleasant and professional crew. Very pleased with the work they did even though it was raining the whole time. They also removed all items that were in their way and replaced them exactly where they were.

They did a great job pressure washing my house; removed all the grime, dirt, dust, mildew and mold. i will hire again.

Fantastic!! It looked like we had new bricks. I wish I had before pictures so I could post "before and after" photos. The difference was incredible!

The overall experience was good except for trouble during scheduling the service.A customer rep had come over to the house and gave us a quote, which we accepted. He later told us that someone would call the next working day to schedule the service - no one called for the next three days. I had to call in to get the service scheduled. Other than that snafu, everything went smoothly.

Very disappointed in them. It was one of those things a couple years ago, I called them form Angie's List and they came out. The second time we set it up through Angie's List and they never came out they never called. We ended up having to go through this whole rigamarole to get our money back from them, because we had to pay them upfront through Angie's List. Then we ended up having to do the project ourselves. I don't know what happened to that company in between those time but we were very disappointed the second time. They were supposed to power wash our house, it had mildew on the side of the house and the first time he never showed up, never called. Then we tracked him down and he said well we'll come next week, we called him the next week and he never came. We had to go through a whole process to get our money back. We had to call Angie's List and get you guys involved and everything else to get our money back from them. Like I said we had to pay up front. I wasn't very impressed with them at all.

Crew was on time, worked fast and was very efficient. Windows were not as clean as I thought they could be, but they had not been cleaned in years so it could have been that. I would use this company again.

Excellent! Blasted away all of the gum and stains. They also used a buffer type machine to scrape away deep stains

Their were punctual, fast, and professional. Very nice group of guys who all worked hard and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Prior to the work being done, I had contact with an office sales person and and on-site estimator. Both were as nice and professional as the cleaners.

They came on saturday and did a fantastic job. It looks like a new house and their estimates beat the competitors.

All around great experience and decided to have them install gutter guards and an extra down spout after consulting the technicians. The guards were about $2000 but they did give me a credit of around $300 toward that service as I accepted the "up sell" on the spot. Very happy with them.

Very well. The service was contracted in March and performed in May. Advantage called us a week before the planned service to confirm the date, time, amount and services to be performed. On the agreed date and time a crew of three men came, walked around the home to see what the job entailed and set to work. They were careful with our patio items, moving them out of the way of the spray. The job took about four hours. The job was done completely and, for the most part, well. The crew did not take us on a walk around after the job, which would have answered the one concern I had - a spot on our driveway that didn't come clean. The office did follow up the next day and got an answer on why that spot didn't come clean. I did have to re-clean a couple of small, diamond-shaped, window panes on our front door but that could be because we were having a deep clean of the home's interior and the door may have been wiped down after the window cleaners left. This was the second time we used Advantage Pros for these services and we would use them again.

Prompt service. Felt like they raised the price because I needed it done quickly. Some of the windows were not well cleaned.
