Called and talked to a very nice woman on the phone who took name and numbers and said "Gail" would call back. This was Tuesday. Having received no call, on Thursday called back and same woman answered phone. A conversation went on the other end of the line, and Nice Lady came back and said there was someone in Katy today and he would be by to talk to me. He never showed up.  Too bad. They have lost my business-and I wanted to discuss not only pool and spa maintenance but power washing my entire home-which needed to be done quickly.

Their vacation cleaning was so good I hired them for a year. I did my own cleaning for 10 years, and they do a much better job than I did myself.

Action Pools was able to deal with the manufacturer to get our system up and running again, while we were down Jeff checked the water and provided chemicals such that our water stayed clean until the system was fixed. Jeff was pretty knowledgeable and he shared the information with us to aid us going forward.

They were good. They explained what the problem was. They knew how to carefully fix it. They were very knowledgeable. I liked that they took the time to explain the problem and what they would do to fix it.

It went very well. It was quick. He gave suggestions and took me me places to check out other work. He checked up with us on other issues. He was very honest.
