He is very knowledgeable and honest. If something isn't under his realm, he'll let you know. Pricing is fair and you get a lot for your money. Not only that, he's pleasant to deal with.

I woke up and found I only had power in half of my house. I called this company and of course before they came out the power had returned to all the house. Jim checked the breakers to make sure nothing had shorted out and we tested with breakers on/off with various rooms/lights etc and tried to narrow down where the problem was. He came to the conclusion that I should call the electric company and have the meter checked (which I did). He was right. I would definitely use him again.

Jim did great.
He arrived about 30 min early and was done in about 90 min. He had to run a dedicated line from the breaker panel to an upstairs office. I would call him again for any new projects.

Jim is a small businessman who works steadily and efficiently. He's equipped to handle both large and small jobs. At every step, he asked questions about my preferences (where to put light switches, install ceiling fans, garage lights, etc) and he kept me updated on his progress and any issues needing resolution. The hardest part of a redo of this size is not knowing what's going on or how progress is being made, but Jim's excellent and frequent communications helped me stay updated. Our agreement was that I bought all the light fixtures and ceiling fans -- thus ensuring that I'd like them -- and he installed them. It was the smoothest, best experience I've had with a contractor of any kind.

At one point there was an issue with a GCF unit in the kitchen, so I called Jim. He was there within the hour to replace it--no charge. Fabulous customer service!

Jim has done a number of jobs for me over the past 15 years. I told him what I needed and he was able to give me an estimate that he honored. He brought all the material that was needed and there were no surprises.
