We service and install all major brands of Air Conditioning and Heating Equitment and we are an American Standard Dealer. All Major credit cards accepted, Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM Saturday 7:30 AM to 2 PM. We have 24 Hour emergency service available. I have been without a working HVAC unit since 11/18/2023 and it is now 1/4/2024. I have approved the quote (which took almost a month to generate for some reason) but I can not for the life of me get someone to schedule my service/repair.

I called Absolute Comfort Air when my AC stopped working.i called them because Tom Tynan from the radio Home Show always recommends them. The technician came out the same day (Wednesday). The technician was knowledgeable and spent about 20 minutes and ended up diagnosing my problem as a bad capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and the unit worked again. I was shocked when he said the charge would be $422. That is outrageous for a $25 part and 20 minutes of work. Do not use this company unless you get all the pricing before the work is done. I will certainly never use them again.

"We are sorry you have had this problem , however please know that we do not use Chinese or Mexican made parts. We only use American made parts and the capacitor is American made and carries a 5 year warranty. The Chinese and Mexican made capacitor do not last very long and tend to break in a year or so."

I purchased a 19-point inspection on my AC to try to diagnose an issue where the A/C was not cooling efficiently. The agent, Andrew, arrived at the house within a couple days, good response time. The agent showed me some video of icky stuff in my AC and said he would send a report that evening. That weekend, I called their office and they told me the service department would get back to me on Monday. Nothing. I called them multiple times on Wednesday and Thursday. Finally, on Thursday they sent me a QUOTE to fix the poorly described issues totaling around $8,000. However, I did not get a complete report on the 19-point inspection about what else might be okay or not okay. I called again later and talked to the service manager, who said he would get the report for me. I never heard from them again, and to this day I have not received the report. In the meantime, I called another provider. That provider diagnosed that my coolant levels were low and my A/C unit outside was dirty. He fixed everything for ~$200, and the problems he fixed were not even listed on Absolute Comfort's quote. I don't know if Absolute Comfort found those issues but did not ever send me the report. $200 for a fix that resolved the issue was much better than an $8,000 that didn't seem to include the issues the second company found.

Michael did a great job. He went into the attic and diagnosed that the transformer in the furnace was broken. He replaced it and now it is working properly.
