I liked their punctuality, professionalism and willingness to solve the problem. I also liked that they figured out the correct problem even when it was not necessarily easy to figure out.

I was very surprised that he had not fixed the problem I had called him about. I asked him if he could fix both problems, and he looked away and told me that he could have someone at the office do an estimate. I asked him to do so, and he said he would, but I never heard from them again. I contacted another plumber, who told me that there was no clamp, and that the insulation around the pipe in question was undisturbed, implying that the plumber from Ability could not have walked over there. He said that hot water pipes sometimes seal themselves up. I think it is possible that enough time had gone by (at least four weeks) for the insulation to re-settle, so he may have actually checked the pipe out. I have not had any further problem with the pipe leaking.
