Great Movers.. Showed up on time... fast and courteous HIGHLY Recommend !!!!

They do not know how to dismantle and reassemble some furniture. They refused to take one item because they could not dismantle it. Eventually they were able to.

They were young men moving boxes and clothes for me. They arrived on time, worked without delay, and finished the job quickly. They were plesant and did everything I asked them to do. I will definitely hire them again.

Literally called in the morning and they were out to our home for packing by 4pm. It was a small job but they got it done in record time. Will definitely keep them on speed dial.

I was very pleased with the movers, who were prompt, cheerful and courteous, worked hard, and got me moved in good time.

I hired them because they moved me approximately 2 years ago. Then the two man crew was courteous, efficient and completed the move in a timely manner. However, this time I chose a three man crew to accommodate moving an extra living room full of furniture and three appliances. This move took twice as long, cost twice as much, and only one of the three crew members seemed to be working. I could tell by his face he was disgusted with his co-workers, but the bottom line is it took too long and cost too much for the job hired.

They were on time and worked fast and professionally. Thank you! We will use them again for sure.

They are exceptional movers and workers. There was a small confusion in the beginning but we got it corrected and the three man team that was sent to me completed my move within two hours. I lived on the third floor of my apartment building and they were still able to get it done with nothing being broken. Excellent service.

A-1 asked me the day before the move if they could come earlier than our scheduled afternoon start time. I agreed. Later that evening I decided it would not be a good idea for my 19 yr old to be there alone with the movers to direct them, so I called the office and requested that they come at noon so that I could be there to supervise. Somehow that message never got to the 2 man crew and they showed up 2 hours early causing me to give directions by phone.

A1 subcontracts jobs (likely fairly common) but the folks we got acted really suspicious. It was a lady and two men, the lady looked up and down our house when we were moving one item in the foyer. I noticed it, my wife noticed it and the other people noticed it where they picked up the item. The rate changed when they got to the job and demanded cash vs credit card. They broke a piece of the piano and didn’t apologize. Acted like it wasn’t their fault, but it happened in their truck.

We called needing help right away, and the company was able to accommodate us within an hour. The men that moved our belongings arrived early and were very courteous and professional. They carefully placed things where we asked, and they took the time to do extra work, assembling our bed frame and attaching the heavy mirror to the dresser! They worked quickly but carefully and did an excellent job!! I would definitely use this business again and recommend them highly!

Great movers

Marlon sent me a quote and then spoke with me on the phone. He personally took the time to explain in detail what to expect. Offered to answer any questions that I had, which I had several. They provide everything, including wardrobe boxes. The day of the move I received a phone call letting me know that they were 45 mins out. They arrived early. They clocked me in and explained how they were going to be loaded on to the truck. Everything went smooth and with no issues. They wrapped everything carefully with blankets and plastic. They worked through the rain, making sure all of my things were protected. They never stopped and never asked for anything. Once we were loaded they clocked the time. Once we arrived at the new (long distance location) they clocked back in and proceeded to unload everything carefully. They asked where everything was supposed to go. They were the most professional two men I have had the opportunity to work with. I paid the price that I was quoted and not a penny more. I strongly and highly recommend these movers. Ask for Michael and his partner. This was a most excellent experience during a very stressful transition. Thank you very much for such a truly delightful and professional experience.
