Very professional. The job was less than I thought it would be.

This was the absolute worst experience in the history of any household movement that I've done. The mover was 2 hours late, I also sustained property damage to my furnishing. The mover took a lunch break in the mist of the move. Truck was too small to hold all items so we had to move the boxes ourselves. Horrible experience that I hope that someone else will not have to go through.

We used their packers and movers. They were all very nice, helpful, and worked very quickly. Unfortunately it was not until we began in-packing that we noticed how poorly things were packed. We had several pieces of art that were broken or damaged and scrape marks on our leather furniture. The strange thing was they did not come out to the house before hand to determine how much stuff there was to move. They based the size and number of trucks on the square footage of our house over the phone and were going to send one truck. They ended up using three, only after I told them one would not be enough.

They were professional and personable. Would hire them again. Only had 1 issue, my dresser mirror was damaged. Took a while for someone to come out to have it repaired. Haven t heard from the company that is doing the repair, they ve had it a couple of weeks and no word.

They were very efficient and neat! You don t have to put a deposit down and it is easy to change dates and times. Very reasonable! I will use them again.

Be sure to call the and confirm the day before. Hard workers and very fast. Did not scar walls or woodwork in either home. Be sure that your file cabinet is such that the files don't move. Same thing for the dressers. They put them on end and all things fell to that end. But that is all easily fixable. Would recommended them again as they were efficient and fast.
