Description of Work: Performed annual maintenance check on air conditioning system. Found and replaced a leaking capacitor that could have caused serious damage to the system if it had failed. They always do a great job. They describe the options clearly and don't push me to make a decision one way or the other. They don't try to sell me a new air conditioning system (even though mine is 24 years old) every time they find some problem.

He helped us find the best solution to utilize the system we already had in conjunction with the new system to work most efficiently and save us money. I was really happy with the quality of their work. They weren't the cheapest, but I feel that the quality of their work was well worth the extra cost.

Description of Work: We have used A.J. Warren for many years with excellent results. They installed a new AC unit, inside and out and all new duct work in 2009. The rep did not try to over sell and quoted us a very fair price. He let us know about rebates. The work was completed in 1 day for out 1200 sq. ft. home. We use them 2 times a year for check ups. When we did call for a problem, the service tech showed up the same day. Barbara is very nice and polite when we have to call for anything. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: AJ Warren Service Co is a very well managed and well run company. They are dependable, knowledgeable and thorough. We now use them for both our residential and commercial AC/Heat maintenance and service. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: My heater would not produce heat, and the system fan would not turn off. The first time I turned off the power and when they came out they could find a problem and told me it was a glitch in the controller that was cleared with the power cut. |The next day it happened again and they replaced main vale. They gave me credit for the first service call with out a fuss. The system heats the faster than it used too, runs shorter cycles and is over all acting like new.

Description of Work: Told me that my 3 phase was out and needed to call the electric company. For the time they were here I thought the charge excessive and told them so to no avail. For that reason I feel they are too expensive to use.

Description of Work: This service was several years ago. I have not had A/C problem since. I do not remember the dates or the cost. They did a good job and I will use them again when I need service.
