Description of Work: Pipe outside was dripping from air conditioner. It was cleared easily and they did not try and charge me for something I didn't need. Feel they are honest and trustworthy. I sold my house in 2012. Date is approx since I used them when I lived inside the loop. Cost was very reasonable--did a comparision with another provider.

Description of Work: Replaced 4 ton A/C outdoor condensing unit. They were prompt and work quickly. They evaluated the attic evaporator unit as having several years life remaining and did not insist on selling me a complete system, though they provided an estimate for my consideration. I felt they were professional so I signed up for a twice a year maintenance service.

Description of Work: Spring A/C checkup. Part of annual maintenance contract. Everything was fine; no problems. I've been using AJ Warren for several years now. They are always very professional and courteous and their workmen have a extra certification level with Lennox (our HVAC system) that is rare among HVAC service providers.

Description of Work: not sure of exact date of service. my ac went out and I had one person come to do an analysis of the energy efficiency of my home to see if I qualified for special funds from the city. second person came later to check on my ac, ac was running fine and technician recommended several hundred dollars worth of improvements to my system for safety reasons. I elected not to make the improvements b/c they did not seem beneficial to me.

This was the only time we went to this consumer's home. She wanted to see how she could save money on her energy costs. Our tech found several significant air leaks and a dirty evaporator coil. He also found several code violations that he brought to her attention. This consumer chose not to have any work done. We gave her professional advise that would have helped her. We wish her well and will be happy to help her in the future. She had been getting poor quality work and she was not happy. We tried to help her but she thought we were too expensive. We offer the best value around. Our customers always get the best advise, complete honesty and quality work. We can not do this and be one of the lowest priced companies around.
